I seriously smell asslicking all around the place. Supportting ideas, that are made from SAES members, won't make them give you a +1, it seriously won't get you anywhere. -1 for the idea. Now, I guess a person with a positive amount of braincells would understand why this idea won't fit in any way in the Server, yet I will still explain why this idea is dumb. As Marko stated, even CLO and DE don't have access to the RPG, yet you will give some random players, that will definitly abuse it the opportunity to have it. There is a HUGE difference between grenade and an actual RPG 'bullet', I guess it is useless to explain what is it.

In the Server, there are great amounts of players that are here to have fun, sadly, there's a great amount of rulebreakers as well. Now, I'd like to show myself as a person that reduces the amount of rulebreakers in the Server and make sure that everything is okay in the Server. I also love helping the new players, helping them out by showing them a great amount of groups, talking with them what their interests are, so I can allow them to meet some people of that groups and see if they get along. It was for "marker arresting during BR". Now, I can seriously complain about that adminjail, as I don't really consider it as being fully verified, but it's alright, that's in the past. Previous (legitimate) bans: No, I've never been banned from the Server. Are you a muslim?: No, I am christian, but I respect everyone else, it doesn't matter where they are from, or if they're believers or not. I mean more members that are willing to help out and to host events. In my opinion, that's a better choice, then adding a brand new spawn, that would cause troubles.

I support Marko's and Rampage's ideas. In my opinion, you're all showing the cops as they are way too powerful then they actually are. Now, lets have a look at the kill arresting in the JBs. You have a tiny corridor, there you have to shoot, or more likely spam all around which doesn't seem to require any skills, as there is nowhere to hide or to sneak behind the suspects or even use any other tactics. You just stand there, spam, "farm" arrests and kills. This is the exact reason I don't even bother going to Jbs, as its nothing else, but boring. Lets have a look from the criminals side. If you have 1 criminal to open doors at every moment during that spammy "fight", there is pretty much no way the Police team can stop you. Think of it. Think how retarded it is the cops to Respawn as Wardens right after they get killed, so they can back and start spamming and pray they actually get an arrest, and the criminals that are thousands and are having their doors opened within some seconds so they get back to fighting. It is boring and retarded. The exact same thing happens over and over again. Now, the BRs. Again, 2 small corridors, the only way that the cops stand a chance is to use flashbangs and rush in, or as someone stated, wait until the BR finishes. Now, when the BR finishes, no Cop uses his M4, because the criminals are thousands, so when they all get CS out, the Police side has almost no chances, instead the cops start spamming with their nighsticks and eventually get 1-2 arrests. One more proof that kill arresting in BRs isn't really needed. Once again, the cops aren't seriously having that much chances for easy arrests and I can't define this as the cops being too "broken" or else, unballanced. I mean, some crims have 200+ ping, so they take no tase shots, no nighstick hits, no bullets at all. In my opinion, there should be another interior map for the Jail. I mean, the banks are uhh, alright, but the Jail isn't. As its been stated in the topic, adding some other routes and short corridors in the jail would allow both sides to use tactics and strategy to sneak out, other then shooting each other in a corridor.

So, I am supporting the idea, as well as being against it. Now, if that spawn is public and everyone can use it, I think Sam already states that, a great amount of players that act in autistic way in game will have access to that spawn which will result in nothing else, but a great amount of adminjails, bans, and other punishments that are honestly not needed. Now, its true that it is difficult, almost impossible to find a LWS member to host you an event, or else if there is one, he would host an event for a person that could be preffered by himself. But, from another point of view, LWS can't satisfy everyone, they can't make events for everyone all the time. Now, the reason that I don't support the idea is that if you kinda close the spawn, only for people that are preffered and trusted, this will turn into a group that would be like G6 or LWS. So, honestly, isn't it better to simply make LWS and G6 more active? As it's well known, LWS has their recruitment opened, go there and apply, prove them you're worth it, instead of doing a spawn, that would cause way too much troubles. Furthermore, why not allowing G6 to gain some more members, so they kinda assist LWS in what so ever. I mean, having 2 really active event groups would be so much better, then having a spawn, that would be totally abusable and would make LWS and G6 a bit useless.

Roleplay It was an evening, the day was clear, there was pretty much no special tasks to take. I took that as a great opportunity to rest a bit inside SWAT base. There, I started browsing all around the Internet, until I found something on the News that I got pretty interested in. I started reading, it took me awhile, as I wasn't able to realize what that was. The story impressed me, a couple of new and young drug dealers started showing their 'materials' or else their drugs into different ways. In a secret way, to be more exact. They started that "buisness before a month, as it grew a lot until now. The thing they are doing is simple, they want it to look like they're selling a high quality protein in a really low price, which would get everyone's interest towards them, of course. Sadly, they are implementing a great amounts of dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins, as well as some drugs just to make sure that the person actually gets addicted, they turn some really well known and perfectly looking athletes, into nothing else, but garbages. They are getting addicted to it in no time. A great amount of "kids" had to taste it as well, the results were obvious. That got me nervous and pretty mad at the thing happening. I head towards the SWAT armoury and pick up some M4 and some other useful guns I'd need if some action happen. I got in my Rancher and quickly headed towards Los Santos Docks. I had the feeling that everything started from there. I was looking around for so long, I was trying to find something useful, yet I didn't. After awhile, I saw a female walking on the walkside, I quickly parked my Rancher and got out, had a quick talk with her where I can have a look at those brand new proteins. She showed me, alsoobviously she was pretty surprised from the way I stopped her also the way that a SWAT member is interested in that kind of stuff. She stated that a brand new cargos were sent to the location, so I can give them a look. I got back in and head towards the given location, there I parked my Rancher and got ready. No, I wasn't even close to actually taking action and try to ruin that "buisness" they got, I just wanted to have a look at it, yet I was well trained and prepared for anything. I started walking around, as I was hearing people's voices talking loudly, as well as machines doing their thing. I didn't manage to talk with anyone about it. I knew enough, after a while, I saw the cargos that I had a talk with the girl earlier. They were empty already. I got closed and had a look at that "protein" as there was some on the floor. After some minutes, I heard 1-2 shots at the sky, I quickly got my M4 and covered behind the Rancher, the people started shouting out "Run away, that's official buissness, you got nothing to do here. Furthermore, none called you, get out before you lose your job." I had enough evidence, so I managed to not get in any fights, as this would ruin pretty much everything. I asked if a person would get down here, so I can ask for a "suspect". I showed a picture of a person that was arrested 1 month ago, yet they didn't know. Of course, none knew anything, but it was enough to get out of that situation. What was inside those cargos? What's exactly the look of the logo, the name of the gang or else the details of that new kind of drug? Those are the question we'll be trying to answer in the near future. The idea is pretty good, but the speed shouldn't be the same. As Kleptix said, there are 4 doors, if in each of them there is a criminal that shoots at the chasing them Police Vehicle, well, the Police units don't have a chance to catch them. Changing it to 2 doors isn't really needed in my opinion. Too many changes over something that isn't that important.

I agree with Silence's idea, but not fully. Well, this might cause lags as well as bugs, also, people that are having 200+ ping will be unkillable this way, as it will show like you're hitting him in the head, yet you're hitting his legs. As you said, 2 CS shots in the head and the suspect is down... Meanwhile the CS's reload is much bigger then that. If this gets implemented, a great amount of people, regarding both sides, crims and cops will be unkillable, thanks to the high ping. Also, people will keep using the same guns, everyone is using the guns that are dealing the most DMG, right. Don't get me wrong though, your idea is fresh and cool, but a lot of changes should happen in order to implement it, maybe way too much changes... Also, -1 for the 1 taser shot, as it's been stated we have reloading time, during it, if the suspect is good enough, he'd use that time to take out the cop.

My real name is Milan, my character is pretty simple, as I don't need a lot of stuff in order to be happy. First of all, I am competitive in real life, but I don't really want to kinda tryhard or be competitive in a game. Now, I got a couple of games I usually play, except MTA, including League of Legends. In real life, I am a person that would talk with you for whatever you want to, I can talk in different topics and regarding different stuff. I love sports, my favourite thing is to do some sports, hang around with my friends and in the end of the day, get in MTA and have some person with some quality people and have a rest from the real life problems. II. In-game experience When did you join the server: Well, I joined the Server on December 2017, but I was always spawning as a Trainee and I did nothing else, but arrest everyone with my friends. After 1-2 months, my friends got bored of the game, but I was still addicted. I kept playing and showed interest towards a couple of groups, squads etc. How much do you play each day: Maximum 2 hours per day, excluding Saturday and Sunday. If the weather is bad, and I got nothing else to do, I can spend a great amount of time in the Server.. Previous Squads/Gangs/Companies: SAFP, TST. Name the reason(s) for leaving: I won't get in the details regarding the stuff that happened between me and the SAFP HQ back then when I was a member. I announced that I will leave after 1 week, the same day I did that a SAFP activity was happening, I didn't bother to get there, as I had enough of that and I didn't consider myself as a part of that squad, so the HQ kicked me because of not following orders. I left TST because it is inactive and I see no potential in it anymore, as the server itself is dying. I love getting better in everything I do, I like improving myself while having fun with people I like, sadly, I didn't do anything as TST. Current group memberships: SAP. I've been in SAT before. My aiming skills are decent, as well as my driving. Your weaknesses: I simply can't drive a FBI Rancher. I don't know what the reason is, but I simply can't. I am decent with Sultans, but the Rancher isn't my thing. Also, as I've almost never used a plane, I consider myself as bad using it too. Why do you want to join S.W.A.T.: First of all, SWAT activity nowadays is incredible, no criminal group or organisation stands a chance against it. Now, what makes SWAT different from every other squad is the community of it, and I sadly forgot to state that, but the community I am in means everything for me. First of all, SWAT members have decent English, which is pretty rare in the server today. Second of all, as I consider myself pretty new (almost 1 year isn't really a lot, considering how many older players are in the server), I will get the chance to learn new stuff from SWAT, I am sure. During my time spent in SAT, I learned a lot, a lot of stuff that helped me out in my future as a Police Officer, as well as improve my skills. Also, one more reason to join SWAT is those boring Police & Criminal pull overs. That is interesting fun in the first 10 roleplays, then it gets boring and pretty annoying. SWAT doesn't do that, and I'd say that the roleplays SWAT does are a lot more interesting then that. Also, as I said, I want to take part of a Squad that is active and full of Members that are chill and fun. Also, I am impressed by the recruitment system of SWAT, as well as the ranks you got in game. Having a paramedic for you is a great idea, as in that way, during JBs, SRs, and BRs it's almost impossible to die, so the criminal activity can easily get stopped. Why do you think you will be good for S.W.A.T.: I am active, as well as loyal. As I said before, I improved myself from the last time I've been SAT, my driving skillis, my aim etc.. Also, during my period of time spent in the other squads I've been allowed to improve myself even more. I can offer SWAT loyality, my skills and my positive thoughts, a person that you all can abuse and just another person that can fight for the good of the squad. Describe a SWAT specific RP and how you would approach the chosen situation (Requirements: minimum 150 words): It was a normal base in San Fierro. I was having my lunch next to San Fierro bank, after a couple of minutes of that enjoyable meal, I received am emergency call comming from San Fierro Hall. I quickly picked up and heard that around 10 criminals comming from a well organised organisation are setting a bomb that would be as that powerful, as it would reach Las Venturas. That's where the fun started. SWAT units immediately responded, as I had lunch near their base, I saw a great amount of Helicopters, SWAT tanks, SWAT enforcers, Sultans, etc, getting out of the base and heading towards the given destination. After a couple of seconds, a Police Helicopter picked me up, I saw all of the SWAT units surrounding the area and making sure none is in there, furthermore, the whole San Fierro has been evacuated. After a while, the Criminals and the organisation has gotten ruined by the SWAT units. All of the units has came back to their places and went back to regular patrol. Me and a couple of other officers got the bomb and got it in the Police Department, as there it was going to be well looked at.

Well, I like Audi more, but having such a fresh BMW around is good tho. +1

I support the idea, but not fully. I think only the Official Gangs and the criminal groups will follow this as a thing. If you kill a basic drug dealer, he won't understand why you killed him (I am like 90% sure), so he will either DM you, or he will actually DM anyone selling drugs to anyone. There is a lot of stupidity around lul.

I like how people are getting butthurt over an arrest. Thus I don't feel like anyone will take a screenshot when arresting anyone in that list.
