Squadmembers can go AFK in their base or drive to a secluded location, and trainees can stay in the underground police garages that they spawn in, if they don't want to be killed. Same shit goes for the cops who's parked on the side of the highways ready to chase you. I drove past them once, didn't chase me. Drove past them again and they fucked up my car. I would've told my passenger to shoot their tires if I knew they were just pretending to be AFK.

The issue I'm pointing out is people pretending not to be chasing you to end up chasing you, and if you dare to kill them before they do chase you, you end up getting reported or accused of deathmatching. This feature could be a way to prevent such situation. The criminal would have the certitude you're not chasing him (or that you're on duty if you prefer to talk in RP term); and if he does kill you, say hello to gulag? Another solution to this, would be to allow criminals to kill cops at all time, even when they're afk. That way, we could turn the server into one huge DM-zone. Because I'm tired of having cops pretend not to chase me, only to start drooling over my 12 stars 30 seconds later, and taze me after I've left them alone at LVX for example.

The current chat which consist of nothing but text is giving me aids already. Can't imagine how aids it would be to have to actually listen to the same people. I for one would turn it off instantly. It's a good idea and I get where it comes from, but the sad reality is that 70 % of the community is too retarded to handle having such a feature on the server

And bugged nametags, and the fact that your game basically freezes up on the LV highway, and you fall through the map if you stand too close to the 3rd door in TR bank aaaand....

I find it weird to reward the ones who contribute the least to the BR, like the system does now. There's not even a point of going to the BRs, if you don't plan on going straight to the safe-area to get money. You sit in a corridor for 5 minutes shooting non-stop until some cop with a 300 ping comes along and arrests you. You then spend 5 minutes in jail, and come out of jail with less money than you had before you attended the BR, due to you buying weapons or drugs. I agree with Rzz0's idea of paying 10k, or even 5k for each cop you kill, and making the BR-payout itself a payout that's exclusive for the gang that's doing the BR

So just to avoid any confusion at all, in regards to Rzz0's post.. We're allowed to kill a player while he's IN our car. The moment the car catches fire, or we drag said player out of our vehicle, we're not allowed to kill him. Correct?

It probably got changed due to some sort of abuse possibility. But I totally agree. Its pretty annoying, and the 1 second feels like forever when youre standing there, spamming your sell-button
