I don't see reason in letting criminals pick their own fate. How would this be an oversight?

Imagine this scenario: You killed or shot at 2 police wardens outside jail, and then as an FBI rancher from a squad arrives, you type /sur. It should be the squad members' decision whether it gets to be reduced to 10 or keep 42 stars for your crimes. You're welcome to surrender but it does not mean you'll be taken more lightly by the officers.

We should not let the criminals decide how long they get to serve. If an officer thinks that a criminal should get 6 minutes for killing 3 cops, then his decision is final and should not be overridden by a criminal.

What you're posting is not a bug, it's intended behavior for /sur not to work when you're being tasered. Else people could pull the reverse card at the moment they find they have no chance of getting up and firing back. Any property can be used as base, so long as it suits the organisation. The property does not have a base icon, hence it cannot be advertised as one

with hidden sirens and front bumpers Unmarked Crown Vic does not have any push bar. Only the 2 marked ones do. We also do not give V8 or AWD to emergency vehicles, though the 3 cop cars have AWD by default.
