Maybe 30 or 45 seconds would be more reasonable, other than that I agree a balance is warranted. May be able to trim it down to a select few vehicles that have cooldown. Same reason they're not purchasable on disk. Think that sounds fair?

It's a nice car, but we can't keep changing back and forth between skins. Unless we see significant reason for changing back, these skins are best left alone as any changes will ruin the custom car shop. You're welcome to create an in depth suggestion in Server Suggestions concerning heists, that might warrant new skins. For now I recommend modifying your client files
