  1. This Question has been marked Solved and moved to the archive.
  2. This will not be looked at, at this time, as criminals still out-populate cops.
  3. Thanks. We will take a look into this @Infinity_ Feel free to drop me a message on discord.
  4. Thanks. We will take a look into this.
  5. I have passed this information to group management to take a look at @chaplin I take it @ESO has no issues with this?
  6. Hi @MetalHead Thanks for the feedback. We are looking at adding new features and staff very soon. I will look into a solution for donations too.
  7. Let me just point out from the start, this is not planned but rather I would rather gauge the feedback. Current Economy Issues: Hyperinflation Millions of dollars means nothing to players. Fuel costs $13/litre for example. Massive pricing inconsistency A prime example of this is pizza from a pizzaboy costs $500, vs $2-$10 in a pizza shop. Making money is too easy A balance needs to be struck between keeping players engaged and preventing excessive grind. How could these issues be solved? Make it harder to earn money. A balance needs to be struck so it's not too grindy, but also not too easy. Reduce or remove money given for donations. Balance the income from jobs. Each job should pay roughly the same amount for the work up in. Appealing, fun jobs should pay less than more tedious roles to incentivise variety. Ingame assets such as vehicles and housing are to be re-costed based on a working economy but with the ability to adjust the market value based on demand or the current economy state. This would involve an automated flag-based system when setting up housing, so area, housing features and house type would be taken into account to automatically generate a market value, instead of admins making stuff up. Make it easier to spend your hard-earned money. Add more ways to spend your money in-game on items. For this to be effective, it would require a full in-game reset for all assets. All bank accounts (including organisation balance) would be wiped. All housing (excluding organisation bases) would be placed back up for purchase (including admins). Would you want all vehicles to be wiped or allow people to keep x vehicles but worth the balanced price? Donation-placed vehicles would still be kept as they cannot be sold and are a perk for donating. What do you guys think? Again, I must point out, we have no plans to do this (unless there is a massive demand for it from the community). Please only reply if you have some constructive feedback, spam or trolling will be removed and may result in a forum ban. P.S. Credits to @Nikolai
  8. Hello! As some of you perceptive people have probably seen, server activity has dropped quite dramatically, and the number of available admins available to help you with your requests or run events has also dropped off, so I've been cleaning up shop to ensure that positions aren't occupied by lesser active individuals. As you are also aware, we've started work on our GTA5 server and preparing to have a closed alpha test. However, this does not mean we will be abandoning the MTA server. I personally will be dusting off my Lua development shoes and helping out @Scorpyo with implementing some of the ideas or changes from the suggestion forum: https://saesrpg.uk/forums/forum/315-questions-suggestions/ Therefore, it's time to fill some of these positions with active and enthusiastic applicants who wish to help out others and run events for the community. We will be opening both our CS and SAHA recruitment, however, as usual, we may offer applicants different positions based on availability at the time. Applicants should show a willingness to be active (your play sessions will be checked for length and total time over the past 3 months) and to help out on the server and the discord server. Applications to join the team can be made using the form here: https://saesrpg.uk/recruitment/staff/ The closing date for applications will be 17th June 2023. May we take this opportunity to wish all of you interested the very best of luck and we look forward to reading some of your apps! Those who are found to be abusing the form for trolling or just using the opportunity to be toxic will be removed from the community. Thanks, SAES HQ View full article

  10. As you may or may not have known, we are looking at getting the next iteration of our community up and running on gta5. We will be looking at gathering people for alpha testing to check how sync is looking, looking for anything we've missed and to check server stability at bigger player counts soon. This will be using the RAGE multiplayer mod from https://rage.mp You don't need to apply to get alpha access, we will be giving it out active members on our mta server who average 3 hours of playtime a day. (90 hours a month) prior to the date of test. You'll just need to make sure you are signed up on the new website at: https://rage.saesrpg.uk And that you've joined our gta5 discord at: https://rage.saesrpg.uk/discord View full article

  16. We've recently updated the website software, which includes a change for clubs/organisations. People not currently members of your club/organisation can now create or reply to topics within your public forums (where you allow it). This means if you don't want to rely on the application form for people to apply to your gang and wish to have your own topic/application guidelines, you can or if you wish for non-members/probationary members to post media activities before you make them members, they now can. (Basically how the old forum sections worked). I've been through and updated everyone's public and applications forums within their club/org pages to allow public posting. On another note, it seems there is an issue with accepting org/club rules before joining, in the meantime, I would recommend club/org owners/leaders disable "joining rules" until a fix has been issued. 18. We've noticed a few people asking how to donate for others since the forum has moved to it's new software. Please find the steps below. Before you start, please read the donation rules: https://saesrpg.uk/donating/ 1. Agree with each other how much is being donated. Most people exchange in-game cash for donations, this is the only time we allow in-game assets to be exchanged for real life assets. READ RULE 10 OF THE COMMUNITY RULES: 2. The person who wants the donation needs to use the navigation bar at the top of the site and select the following option: 3. Enter the donation amount you've agreed and press continue and then "Pay Now". 4. When you are taken the paypal page, copy the url from the browser and give this to to the person who is donating on your behalf. The URL will look like: paypal.com/donate?token=<random-token> 5. The person donating on your behalf then uses this URL and completes the donation transaction. 6. The person who wants the donation will find an automated topic generated on the forum HERE, which then can be used to request your rewards.
