Hi All, So the idea is very simple for cops. So for many squad spawns we have access to the combat shotgun as these days criminals are very deadly. However this CS takes away our beanbag shotgun (pump shotgun). Yes the pump shotgun has a lethal alt but cmon we all know its dog shit in lethal PVP due to rate of fire. So I think it would be fair if the CS shotgun for squads had an ALT fire mode (like pump shotgun) which activated the bean bag rounds to slow criminals. So primary fire is lethal and secondary fire (alt) is bean bag. This should only be permitted for squads. Also trainees, PC spawns, State trooper and wardens should only have pump shotgun. Not be permitted the CS ALT fire ability as suggested, as only squads should be allowed this. ~[EDIT: Adding suggestion by riley. If you want to change between lethal and beanbag ammo on the CS you would need to wait 5 seconds. Its not an instant change.]~(red)

What happened from your side/why did you leave? : I decided to leave SAPA as I instead wanted to pursue a career in a level 5 police squad as I believe my experience and skills were good enough for a level 5 squad. I orginally joined SAPA to earn my way to instructor to help new comers but I soon learned that there were enough SAPA instructors and I was not needed. Why do you want back in? : Well all honestly I want back in to get my PC Diploma back. I am a very experienced police officer on the server with over 4 years expierence as a cop on SAES and a total of 7 years of experience on the server. I have a senior role in FBI as a HQ member and I think that in my position I should be PC. So I want to earn it back again. What have you learned from this? : I have learned that SAPA is a key part of the police side of the server and it has a fundemental role of helping veteran officers and new officers gain their PC Diploma. Who do you want to apologize to? : I would like to apologise to all of FBI. Being a FBI HQ, I should be leading by example and that includes having the PC Diploma to prove my skills, knowledge and experience. Why should we give you a second chance?: I have resolved all my previous history on the server. Yes I still have my 'reputation' but I am a changed man. I have been a PC twice before, my first time leaving PC due to joing a gang and my second time I was removed for being banned. Both times I was tested by Bas who was very strict but I managed to past his tests. I have proven myself within the police and obtained the rank of HQ in FBI through my hard work and determination to the squad. I mention this as it shows my determination to do well and succeed and this is what I would like to do within SAPA. Do well and succeed to achieve my PC Dipolama again and help others achieve theirs in the future.

@DROT the PC diploma was to prove that you have met the requirements of the SAPD to be a good office who can roleplay, hence why squads would let you join them once you got the Diploma. The PC spawn then opened up more roleplay options for cops who have achieved the diploma as they are trusted to perform roleplay correctly and efficently while using the PC spawns and scripts. PC is honestly like one of the most important thing that mostly every cop aims to get due to its importance in the police side of the server. Giving this to gang members would take away that importance to squad members and why bother staying in a squad when you can join a gang and get ALOT more options for joining varied groups and still play as a cop...

Like before, if you wanted to join any senior squad, you had to go through sapa to get your pc diploma or if experienced enough join a senior squad while doing external tests with sapa for PC. I think this old system needs to come back to be honest and for cops only.

I strongly disagree with the idea of criminals being able to obtain PC Diploma. The police side of the server is lacking numbers as it is, gang members/criminals have always outweighed the number of squad members/ police officers. If people are able to obtain PC while being in a gang than there is no insentive for them to join a squad, which will not help with the current meta/balance of crims to police officers. I understand the thought process behind this but the SAPD/PCD really need to think about the after effect. The after effect would not be good for any squads. If criminals want to join a police organisation they have SAI and DE. Cops are not even able to join CLO, so criminals are lucky enough as it is as they can join DE. As Gracia said above, if this happens than are cops going to be able to sell drugs/weapons? Would that make sense? Not really, so why does criminals obtaining PC diploma make sense?... It does not! I would also like to remind all criminals & gangs, if this vote goes through as a yes than a lot of people will transiation from squads to gangs. This is because there will be more for them to do as now they can get PC Diploma as a gang member. If this happens that means less squad members, which means less cops to kill.... which than ruins your fun.

This is what I mean by deception and lies Master. 99% of what you say is not true. I never spent hours spawned as staff waiting for people 'to not speak English'. That is a complete lie. I would warn people plenty of times before doing so, which was usual procedure. Unlike now, you dont even get warnings.. I would never mute for hours, maximum 20 minutes as that was standard procedure. I would never spectate people for hours as whats the point? I would only spectate those who were reported by other players. Jailing people for punching my car? Are you for fucking real, you seriously believe that? I used to have Boston nade my car all the time? I still did not jail him all the time because its a game and everyone was having fun. All of the above are the sort of fucking lies that people like you believed. I would like to remind that when I asked Lance for proof of the reports and what was said in them, he would refuse to show evidence. Everything that Lance asked me to do I done. He said to give people 3 chances instead of 1 or 2. So I did. Lance said to mute people for a maximum of 10 minutes instead of 20, so I did. He said to spawn staff more to get your hours in, so I did. But now I am being accused of just camping in staff spawn to jail people. Just proves all the bullshit that occurs.

You had people removed from clan because SAES HQ team has access to read their forum private messages in which, apparently, they were stating their disagreements with some actions from the clan, none ever made announcement regarding that. Let's not mention clan members who were selling benefits on SAES to players for couple of PayPal bucks and some Steam items. And many others who were removed along the way in the past 7 years that I'm here. None ever announced publicly anything about any of them. But hey, let's just shame Gengar and let's ban people. Not only the ones who are abusing (completely fair ban when it comes to them), but also the ones who were just given money from abusers. Since when is it a crime to be on the receiving end of /give command? If you approached the player and asked him to hand you over the money because it came from bug abuse, he would have given it to you without any objection. But no, let's just ban and shame people. Fact that Bone takes money from abusers himself and uses it to sponsor his own events and even buy some fancy properties is no big deal around here. And let's not forget that NanoBob built his own program which automatically inputs numbers for cracking safes in bank robs and gang robs and not only uses it around whenever he likes it, but also distributes it to some other clan members for their own usage. There were times when he was leading his own gang and abusing his access to restart banks in order to use his program, doing a lot more then just 2 bank robs per day and yet none ever did anything about it. I guess rules everyone has to follow don't apply once you reach position of SAES HQ. I love that its finally coming out. Since my time in staff I have known that bullshit like this was occurring, especially the Masterwind thing which was being ignored and than eventually came out. I 100% agree @Gengar same bullshit was used to push me out as Lance and some other clan members did not like me. So they used any shitty excuse and exaggerated it to get me out of staff and convinced community members to hate me through lies and deception. Just like real life to be honest, the people who set the rules can never follow them. Sad to see you get pushed out like that man.
