@DROT When did I say that I do not insult back? Thats the whole point DROT, I do insult back. I live by a saying, treat others how they treat you. You talk shit to me, ill do the same to you. You talk to me nicely, ill talk nicely to you. I am happy for Joe to insult me if he wants, I dont care but he better expect it back from me. Thats the difference, I do not 'cry' because of an insult, where Joe does. However if I get 'punished' for it when he was the one who initiates it, then I will complain as it is wrong and corrupt.

The most toxic person on the server is Joe.... he insults everyone and as soon as someone says anything to him, he cries like a pathetic child. Also Howlze, he done nothing when Ramos said I should die in real life, so he is hypercritical. So yeah Howlze, nice optimism but wont happen. Its too late.

The cost that people have suggested is wayy to much. Bail should be max 50k per time. 50k is a lot of money, you only get 50k when your gang cracks a safe. So between each BR and the amount of times u can go to jail, its gonna be a good few times.

I thought the deadline was 20th of January? As much as Zwolle design is good, it would have been fair to give other people a chance instead of just one candidate after 2 days of this being announced. 2 days to make something which you asked for (considering people work/go to school) is not enough time, I bet there were at least another 2-3 people working on this but now they are going to be confused/pissed off as they thought they had until 20th Jan. Please feel free to discuss it with him. FBI - I left after there was a big disagreement accross the FBI TopBrass HQ team. Basically IG8820 was kicking people from the FBI discord server and lowering ranks in the gang panel for no reason. The Topbrass HQ team agreed that IG8820 needs to step down and he did, so all was going well. However, IG8820 went to Joe and kain, they both got involved (as kain got a free invite from IG8820 and was instantly given lvl 3). Kain and Joe defended IG8820 even though he was in the wrong, some of the TopBrass HQ/HQ's and I left FBI because of it. Joe and Kain instantly got HQ within FBI and Payne gave leadership to ramos. So I am glad I got out of there. ICE - As the SL (Sub-Leader) i decided to clear out the inactive people and said in each of the kick reasons, once back come and speak to us. Sam and James did not like nor appreciate this and kicked me before we had a chance to speak. We are all good now as we understand eachother, no hard feelings. Made some fuck ups in the past but you have to move forwards. I hate corruption and will stand to fight it, hence why a particular admins do not like me. To sum me up - I am helpful, I am loyal, I am honest/trustworthy and am happy to speak my mind. In terms of in-game character, do we actually have ingame roleplayer characters anymore? As much as I would love to have one, sadly roleplay has practically disappeared from SAES these days... so I don't believe creating an ingame character summary is worth it. However if you still want me to, ill do it.

I like this idea a lot and think it would change the mechanics of gameplay and would be good to test. However I do think that speed or any form of it whether that be energy drink or drugs, should not impede on how quick you fire a weapon but only your speed at which you run, climb, jump and swim. Or to reduce the speed affect when someone shoots. I think to be able to shoot 7 shots from a cs in around 2 seconds is just dumb for both criminals and cops. I like your idea behind the running speed multipler, 1.3x if you risk it with drugs and 1.2 if you buy legal, sounds great. So to sum it up, would be great to try new mechanic as you explained. However can we make speed only affect running/jumping/climbing instead of how fast you fire a weapon.

Maybe energy drinks or protein bars could provide a legal way to have a similar effect to speed with perhaps making it cheaper but doesn't last as long. These can be sold at any food places, sold by food vendors or how about we could even place vending machines around high traffic areas such as banks, jails or store robs so people can stock up before attending. Maybe even replace the 'sandbag' rounds in police shotguns to a type of 'anti-speed dart' than temporarily removes the effect? These sorts of things should be easily added as it is surely just playing with some simple code that is already used in game. A few ideas. Just for once I would like to see something added to the server instead of just removing yet another popular mechanic because it's "an easy fix". @Jay I think for the first time in a long time I agree with Jay. Its easy to just remove mechanics instead of reinventing them, which is why little has changed to this server over the years. The server gets LOADS of suggestions each month and rarely any of them with high votes are implemented. If you want people to help you do things, offer them a reason to do it. Not just 'for the good of the community'. All I am seeing is 2 people making/amending rules and wanting to remove stuff. Instead of actually developing the server to introduce new mechanics and new systems.... Oh banks are broken, well change the system..... we have had the 3/4 gate and 8 vault system for a decade. Lets you know, think of something else......

Its great to see a new bank developed, so great job everyone who took part in the competition. Its also good to see that control of the banks defense are being handed back to the police with HLS only be required when terrorist (CLO) are present which now makes sense. However id rather see an increased presence from DE instead of HLS, as DE are supposed to be the ones countering CLO.

Participants: Joshbond, @Hash @Klay Training for Field Training Program, specifically Law Enforcement Education and Role-Play/Interaction with Civillians. Description: On request from a SAFP cadet, Officer Joshbond organised and led a training for Cadet Hash. Also on request from a recruit in another squad (FBI) I also allowed Officer.Klay to attend as he also wanted to learn. The first half of the training included me going through basic principles of being a police officer, how we should interact with civillians and other officers and how we should treat those who even committ a crime. The training also covered how we should approach people that we pull over, how do we approach them to not escalate the situation but to keep it de-escalated and calm for the safety of everyone around. After explaining all of this and asking questions to ensure the cadet and officer klay understood, we move onto Joshbond giving Cadet Hash an example on good roleplay. @DROT Well I feel as this is unjust and should be taken to private chat to further discuss this. The information was not important or leaking anything about squads or vital information which criminals could use to their advantage. Also as explained Joe 'leaked' further details but that is acceptable? Again all which can be discussed via pm.

@Franklin There are certain aspects of this where you need to realise its a game... Would a cop charge a criminal with a baton waving it around 50 times just trying to arrest him and also typing /gunfix on the hopes the baton does not accidently kill them. I think not... so lets keep this honest and not respond with something like you did. There are only certain aspects which you can keep relating to real life and the arresting process in Jail/Bank is not one of them.
