DM = killing without a reason stealing your car = a reason killing carstealer = legit DM this is grand theft auto and not some barbys ponnyhof game. if you get the balls to steal car, than get the balls to face the consiquence. its not like you as carstealer arent wasting the carowner time, carowner probably need the xar for race or going to br etc.. so DM carstealer to show that its not ok to steal cars, if we arent allowed to DM carstealer, than this server is no way better than laws (in some superwealthy countrys) allowing the houserobber suing you for beating him. and everyone who is as next going post here something like supporting carstealers & how bad its DM them, i will personally steal your cars 24/7 pinking it + remooving v8 & awd, have fun with your not dming carstealers, i will abuse the shit out of carstealers rights!

completly agree with jay, gr cant be done decent, its always who spawns faster vs. who crack faster. just make it able to put whoole gangmoney finally in gang bank with on/off gr, this would make many gangs happy. instead make warehouse robbery, every gang have a warehouse to store drugs/guns etc, and some gang can come & rob it, this would fix the spawn-problem the afk problem @Zombiie @Zombie @Gal idk how much other gangs have this problem, but afk people = beeing robbed easy, thats mainreason AA dont do gangrobs over ages

also i agree on groove, most people here probably dont know what hr is, lets just give 2 weeks test phase & look how people like or not. but what hr will bring: -little bit harder for criminals (what some may not like) -ground area + little roofs for more open space fights with more skills & fun -more different locations what sr brings: -camping in same tinny 4x6m roof -cops harder to reach roof/arrests -dumb sniping between cops outside sr & crimes sticked inside sr roof -in my eyes absolutly no skills for both sides, either its para + rambo for cop/sniping & crimes just camping on roof/some are just afk there in my eyes is sr just dumb way for a cops vs crime activity, hr have more fun & challange to offer @NotNico hr is already kinda a mix of sr & hr, i sended just few screens i found from earlyer, but you can see on most it have ground + little roof, like the store near gas station ls ground + roof, the richman houseroof + garden area, the golfplace roof + ground, ls striptea clubroof + ground, sf north business roof + parking lot ground, hr had always some store/rich house or anything that is related to money. we have alot business areas in sa where the circle can be attached to, but most of circle should be on ground. like groove said, lets do test phase for 2 weeks how all people think about it, but from experienced both, i can only say that logically is hr better, more challange/more fun. but any way, i cant see any reason why sr should be more "rp" than hr, sr is some shitty liquid store that in RL would not have 40k worth of items, but business/golf place/richman house with yacht in pool should have alot more worthy stuff to steal than any iquid store, but i think the "rp" in both robs isnt important for most people anyways, we going there to have nice cops vs crimes fight, and not for /wash /sur

i would say +1 to this idea, but as cops dont win so offten brs, and even its annoying when they spamm the flashbangs, its only flash for brs & its ok so more or less (thought some nubs use flashbangs outside br & should get kicked..). but to make it less annoying i would atleast do a 2 seconds cooldown @Joshbond flashbangs actually does prevent you from shooting, this shit force you to look down on ground

+1111111111111111111111111111111111111 hr was alot more fun than sr, many people (me included) was on the time when hr was replaced with sr, absolutly no one liked the change. -hr was the circle alot bigger = more fun for both sides, cops & crimes -no shitty tinny roof, crimes dont need to camp at 6x4m & cops dont need to go the same retarded roof up for arrests -bonus: hr could take places like golfclub, casinos, sperm banks & other business locations (but with big circles like earlyer instead tinny roofs) -bonus2: can remoove all sr stores = less sources wasted as i remember sr was made because the rp part of "robbering" a shop, whilest we players dont give a shit to this rp of aiming the shopowner & wants just nice cop vs criminal with reward, the rp part of aiming shopowner is gone anways with the automatic sr update

i agree for rampages point, jail is one of funpart of saes, but i still voted for yes change, cuz criminals still can come back to jb & kill cops & keeping the war. the question is just how much criminals would come back to jb for the fun part. if atleast ~75% of crimes would go back to jb after hospital, than i deffinitly vote for yes change systhem, if below, i would want keep old one (also can make a poll to this?)

everything like blizzard said, would only reduce the times with ~1/2 secs less & give it 150ammo/magazin instead + abit slower than m4 on drugs (otherwise you need to reload every ~8secs). making it not avriable at br/jb, or simply not allowing to use them there if this would be only abriable for gangs/groups
