@Joe can you please state the reasons of why you think cops are OP? I can't agree when everytime I press TAB 80% of the server is covered by criminals, and 20% are cops. Are you speaking general wise? Cause I really think it really depends where and what. House/store robs? I see criminals got em most of the time. Jail? I think this (notsonew) shoot-arresting system makes it equal, could give you my reasons to think this if you wish. What do I think it's not so equal? Open-air basically, I think taser has a very long and unreal range, for sure.

The ship of Arms Assassins has been recently changed, although it seems that it is not completely finished, the ship had not been reformed for a reasonable amount of time. Apparently they have a new gate, which clearly states that entering within their zone is playing with fire, but today we have the kindness of Gal & Rubik who have let us in. As we can see in the following photo, not only do they have a new dynamic gate, but they have also improved the bridge that connects the road with the ship, probably for greater comfort and safety when entering with any type of vehicle, I am sure that the previous bridge was in poor condition due to the long time it had. Here we can see that they have a new sign with his motto "we got da big guns" along with two armored doors that give to the interior of the boat, the garage. Everyone knows that they make and distribute weapons, and that they manufactured them inside the ship itself, but, now it seems that it is a garage for their vehicles, probably they have moved all the weapons manufacturing machinery to another place since it has long since ceased to be a secret to become something rather famous. Apparently now they have quite a few more containers, maybe they store their weapons there. Unfortunately I could not get much more information, as it is a very sensitive issue knowing that they are a criminal organization, fortunately we had the luxury of entering the ship and see that there is new, something quite good at the end of the end. What will be your next reform? Although we are not sure of that, if we are clear that the great ship of Arms Assassins will continue to endure over time, always being a great masterpiece of engineering in San Andreas. Absolutely, this helps out many aspects and overall roleplay cases. Per 3 hours looks fairly fine, since waiting 6 or 8 hours would be too much in my opinion.
