Why you think you would be suitable for the role:
I think theirs many reasons that makes me very well qualified for this role in the server. On top of my experience in SAES I have always been observant and think there is certain quality's that every agent needs. Examples being:

• Confidence.

I meet all those criteria's and maturity is something I've always had even from the start. You have to be able to present yourself in a respective manner and know when to be serious and not. I have my good times and bad times like everyone else but most likely you wouldn't know it unless were close. I have a lot of patience and I'm always willing to help walk someone threw something if they don't know if I can help them. A lot of the SAHA dealings can be quiet confusing to people if they haven't taken time to read on it like I did when I started SAES. So surely I have the time and patience to handle situations as that.

As for professionalism I've learned that along the way and being 29 years old. Starting my own company & being a freelance Graphic Designer for years I've learned a lot about how to be professional and that shows in my SAES career. Started in July 2017, So I haven't here as long as some other guys but in my time here I've joined 2 organizations and earned my rank as HQ in both in a short period. I've not only took interest in other groups but I've worked hard for all of them and earned ranks there as well. I'm not just here to join stuff for "fun" that's a big part of it but I take interests and work hard for everything I do and I have a line of people to back me up for that.

For knowledge well for months and months when I started SAES my main goal was to get property's. Myself and friends spending hours hanging out looking for inactive's to claim. It was good buy and sell income, it was competition, it was great. I back then read any peace of information SAHA had to give and that was my main hobby on the server. I was posting 2 times a week and selling them within the next days of claiming.

Well spoken I think it very important that its a English speaking server (mainly) and English being my first so i'm very fluent and have very few if any grammar mishaps other then a typo here and there. But i'm able to get my point across to anyone in any setting.

As for activity, I'm pretty much working steady hours now and I have a good balance of Work Time/Free Time/SAES Time. Not to mention and extra plus is my Time Zone. Sometimes i'm on a little early No SAHA sometimes i'm on kinda late No SAHA. Yet and still people are always asking so why not accept members to where your gonna have service around the clock instead of just mid day time. I know all the lingo, I'm aware of all the rules and policy's and I have the time now to execute it.

I know I can handle it and have the confidence to kill this position. Feels like when I stopped going property crazy like 10 other guys took my spot not knowing half of what they were doing. That could lead to a lot of work not only in game but forums aswell. And that's something i'm willing to take on not for any other reason but for the fun of watching property hunting from the other side. Rather it be a lot of ig sorting or even catching one of those property hoarders that only sign on once a movie on there inactive day. Whatever it is.. if i was willing to type up this application then i'm willing to do the job. My record shows it.

Previous bans/punishments: Since i remember, i was adminjailed 2 times, my first adminjail was when i joined my first organisation, TST, i had around 100 hours of gameplay and i killed an unwanted player outside the SR marker, he reported me and i got jailed, after that, got another one, that i can remember, because i dmed a player who was annoying me and since i was a "kid" and i was just playing MTA to troll, i didnt cared about it, which leaded me to another adminjail, thank you Nicus :D, hopefuly i changed my attitude and started playing MTA for pleasure and not just because i havent anything else to do. Thanks to several players that i met in my first 300 hours of SAES, i learned a lot and most important, i learned to follow rules, to respect, to help, things that i'll take till the end of my life.
Why you think you would be suitable for the role: Alright, so, first of all, ive never thought that an interest would born for these type of stuff, i always liked to help others, and i do it usualy in-game, but never had the thought of embark on these sort of jobs, an important one like this, but since im a kind person, and as i refered, i love to help the others, and most important, im a mature, and active person in the server, and because of that, i think i would fit perfectly in this group/job, ah, and im becoming active in SAES discord aswell. I have friends in SAHA and even in SAES Staff, and in this 3 years, learned a lot with them and im really grateful for the time that they spent teaching me, and now, i can see that their time spent, was worth, they made me a better person and taught me a lot of new things, not only about the game, but about the life in general. Other point that leaded and influenced me to do this application, was the fact that usually theres more and more people asking for SAHA help and sometimes theres no one able to answer to their needs, even though theres a "lot" of active SAHAs at the moment.
