    i think it would be cool to have cars wheels facing the same direction after the engine is turned off (like in real life). if you want them to face right, simply hold D and then press P to turn the engine off.

    in most cases anything can be used as base. if a public spawn is residing at the property area you can most likely ask GM to get it sorted after proposal to HQ/alter the spawn dimensions to another place. (in cases where you can't find any similar properties nearby)
