  2. He finally found himself someone that talks the same english as he does.
  3. Information about the role-play: Title: Base inspection of The Company Scenario: After a short meeting at LVPD, we've discussed all the tactics and prepared all the gear required for the base inspection. After a few minutes we started moving out. Getting on scene wasn't easy, it was quite far away and in the middle of nowhere, we even had to use our GPS to track the coordinates as it was really a hidden spot. That gave us some hope as we were expecting to find some illegal stuff as per usual. As we rolled up on scene we had a short chat with the members that were on the base, there were quite many, and they even outnumbered us, but we were quite confident, after all our training would help us get out of even the nastiest situations. While investigating we separated into two groups, I stayed in the garage where I inspected the vehicles, and the other two units moved to their office to conduct a proper search there. Weve set all our effort into finding something illegal that might get them condemned, as we were almost sure that their activities were criminal. Unfortunately, after an exhaustive search we didnt find anything decent to pay attention to, so we had to thank them for their time and leave the area. 4. Well, this one is quite straight forward. I was wondering if there would be a way to restrict the police vehicles from respawning with their respawn by using a command like "/rp" or any other proper command for that, it gets really annoying when you are trying to perform a pullover and your car simply dissapears a few minutes after you step out of your vehicle. I'm not sure that it's something that can be arranged, but if it can, it would be quite useful. If you're worried about people abusing it and just having cop cars by their sides at all times restrict it to squads/pc which would really use it, instead of trainees just keeping their cars forever after sr's/jb's and so on.
  5. Alright, since we moved our topic.. @PunchLine Welcome, after a short interview and a brief test you've proven worthy of joining us.. Therefore your application is now ~[accepted]~(lime). Welcome!
  6. Guys, thanks everyone for the support. We really hope to get far with this. Not just for us, but also for our one and only leader. You'll never be forgotten @Faker
  7. @punchline said in S.A. Elite SEALs - General/Application Topic: Application format: Section 1 - Personal Information Name: Eren Account name: punchline Well... For now I would like to know more of you before taking any proper decision regarding this topic, therefore your application is ~[PENDING]~(yellow). Find any SEAL HQ member online for a small interview, and be ready for some ingame tests. Good luck and thank you for showing your interest in SEALs.

  9. Mm.. I seem to have found an issue here... This must've been written in one of the rare english dialects, it is called "Idiot english". For more information on that regard, refeer to this video. PS: I'm not fluent on idiot unfortunatelly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WP38kkRQ7-0
  10. Who would use those stores? Crims go literally to the same stores over and over... So really 0 point in this suggestion. About HRs, No clue why they were removed, I even can't preciselly remember when they were removed. It would be nice to trigger random events instead of having players to trigger them, as unfortunatelly they will go to the exact same locations as they feel "comfortable" there.
  11. ... Didn't find the appropiate words to say anything earlier... He was kind of the first one with who I actually joined a squad, tried to do something, and somehow tried to get myself established on the server... I didn't see him in quite a while but always had him in mind, can't say I was a close kind of a friend, but still I tried to help him out in anyway I could... He was a great guy.
  12. @james said in Taser And Silencer Pistol: @STARWARS i don't agree only PC spawns to to downgrade the rest police But i do agree instead of "changing modes" we just have another gun. Trainees already dm enough, so I think this should be restricted to PC only.
  13. Instead of that, I'd just add a simple pistol to the PC spawns. For the shotgun suggestion which @PunchLine mentioned: @punchline said in Taser And Silencer Pistol: @Scorpyo scorp's shotgun suggest.> I do agree with that one, as you can simply reload the shells, but when it comes to the tazer it is specifically made to shoot out a dart. So instead of "changing modes" we just have another gun.
  14. Okay, there are a few points that I disagree about this and so on... But the main thing here is... The people who are left on MTA are either experienced enough to already know that you SHOULD pay attention to other players, or are just simply too young to even try on such a task and play this game just because their computers are limited to run anything better. (Most of the new players are from the second category sadly) so I don't really think we could improve roleplay in some way, yeah, in an IDEAL world your idea would work, here... Not much we can do.

  16. Well, this would work in a world where everyone has his own computer and doesnt touch others... But as we don't live in a world like that, then, not a too good of an idea.

  18. There you go, it wasn't kain but there goes the bullshitty message that I've mentioned, this topic is pointless as all the other ones created before.
  19. @deu said in So I made a script for SAES..: Everyone would consider Nanobob a good scripter because of his position within the clan, but that's not really the problem because as far as I can see it, he actually pisses developers off than appreciating their effort. what I'd suggest for developers is that you can go somewhere else and contribute your skills into something which would be appreciated by someone else, at least you'd have the motivation to implement more scripts, otherwise it would seem that it's a waste of time around here. Couldn't say it better. I fully agree with @Deu and completelly support his position regarding this topic. I've already been in quite many arguments with @NanoBob myself and the end resoult of those were SAES HQ's covering his ass as appearently he's the only good scripter (I don't agree with that AT ALL, but specially @Kain makes it look like so.) Anyway without getting too far away from the main topic, this argument between @NanoBob and @Silence is indeed a thing on their own, but the difference is, that @NanoBob for some reason gets more support... I wonder how many asslickers have posted here just to look cool. I even more support @Deu as he's completelly right, I've made myself A HUGE LOT of suggestions back in the day, where they had COMPLETE support and looked like AWESOME additions, but obviously "We're busy with another thing" guys, there have been games developed in less time, if you don't have time for such a thing, step away, let OTHERS do it for you, if you have to be working on another project, allow DECENT people take over this one, you can't have your fat ass seated over two thrones at the same time, no one can. But probably as always, @Kain will pop up with a "Shut up everyone or you'll be banned" or some bullshit like that and this topic will be closed, so I don't even see any reasons to go on with how stupid this matter is.
  20. If I'm not wrong, I used to be in one of your squads, 501th pd or something like that. It's nice to see you around again, good luck with your new squad!
  21. @absent said in [Suggestion]Groups: SAIs aren't traffic officers, but okay. "San Andreas Interceptors is a specialized State Police unit. Enforcing laws on the Highways and Interstates of San Andreas."
  22. @kipt said in [Suggestion]Groups: I ain't saying that they should get deleted but move SAI to be a sub-group for PC wouldn't hurt, in my opinion. It would actually make sense, though I believe it is better the way it stands out right now due to their access to the build panel. SAI is way more restrictive with their applicants and filters them out quite better then SAPA, giving access to PC pretty much just for showing some interest and passing some easy tests. If you want it to be a real life based thing then yes, add SAI to PC as a subgroup, but then you'll have to make PC VERY restrictive and I don't really think it's the best of the ideas as even then every newbie ingame that just joined a month ago would want to get the PC Diploma just to have access to the build panel and draw dicks with cones around the place. In my opinion the best way is having it the way it is right now, though RP-wise there could be some changes done, for example, removing the traffic officer from PC, as essentially, SAIs are the traffic officers, yeah, for highways but still.
  23. wild FENCE appeared! Now on the serious side of things I hardly understood anything of what you tried to explain but I'll assume you see that fence even though you're certain no one else sees it, right? If so, the first thing that comes to my mind is if your GTA:SA where your MTA client is hosted has any mods with buildings and stuff like that (Aliencity < as an example) The other thing is just that someone built something there, do you see it always, or you've just seen it once and instantly published here? Right now there's nothing there for me, so if you see a structure there, its on your end somehow, if that fence is still there once you get back ingame you will have to re-install your GTA SA as it'll be the easiest way of fixing that.
  24. @niceez said in MAKE SGT GREAT AGAIN: In some point you are right, but still my topic makes a sense. Then GMs should leave SGTs speed as it is now, but lower other cars speed. @StarWars @starwars said in MAKE SGT GREAT AGAIN: In fact I even would suggest slowing down some of the newer cars.
  25. I am almost certain that this is a thing that happens when many criminals exit at once, essentially what is going on is that when you spawn together with your inmates outside you appear over a few of them, stacked one over the other so you have a small chance of that happening, it is not the most common of the glitches, and can be considered bug abuse, so if you see someone simply standing there and taking advantage of it, just use "/report" with a screenshot and someone will take care of it. On the other hand, if you're the one stuck there, use "F1 > I'm stuck". I don't really think that it should be fixed as it's not too much of a common thing, and if it happens often to you it might be due to your internet connection, as when you lag, you'll be standing there for more time, allowing more players to spawn inside of you, and essentially push you through that part, this will happen with any "teleport" from interior to exterior.
