Don't be a negative Nancy! I think I have somewhat of an idea of what goes down lately to cause these issues. I believe the root of it is the following wall of text. To briefly introduce it, yesterday I was attending a jailbreak (hi hi I'm [TT]Filito :D ) and I litterally got accused of killing criminals on purpose several times by 2 persons. I clearly said it was an accident but apparently I'm more than interested on killing fellow criminals to help them escape (come back to jail?) as fast as possible if you completly stick to what people say. You could eventually imagine this could have lead to a report whereas the reporter would put different intentions on what mines were actually in the moment. On the last example, we are speaking of a specific cops vs crims situation but it does also happen on the crim-side between gangs where people are reporting eachothers for silly bullshits. The last time I read that a whole report war began because of a meaningless turfing situation. Gang A who loves to report everything moving, reported Gang B for X; so gang B has decided to find anything possible to report Gang A back. I think anyone who have been in this situation of petty reporting from another gang or have been the cause of it can recognize himself. If you ask me, that's basically what ruins the server a bit. I believe people are becoming over-too-serious when playing this server while it should remain a game. You follow the rules so it's enjoyable for everyone, but reporting should never turn out into a game of how I can screw X over. If you're on the cop-side, you're certainly less targeted by this report feature (but "you" (do I use you?!) are certainly the target of a certain category of players who fail to understand it's a few people and not a whole organization being the autor of what I'm mentioning now); though I read a few cases about it which are as retarded as their cop-gang or gang-gang similar cases. It's reaching proportions where custom skins representing historical controversed characters (hitler for instance) are offending some players which lead to them being taken away while it has always been banter material, or mainchat jokes (most of times retarded and petty) are taken more seriously than they should be when a simple /ignore would solve the situation (there are obviously extremes). To shorten it up for lazy people, don't make reports, make points!!!! @Kain that's points for B~B, Z, TT and AA!!!!

This is not true, the spawn has been implented before kill arrest was a thing at the condition you wouldn't be able to arrest with it. edit: that is what it once was on its implentation, not saying anything on what it should be nowaday as it doesn't concern me (just to be clear :duck: )

Trouble in tha place? Tuga's in ya face! As the calendar turns to the 5th of January 2020, Tuga Thugs will be officially 2920 days old or in other words 8 years old as an official gang in SAES. This anniversary celebrates and marks the 8 years of this generation of Tuga Thugs being alive and it all comes down to the creation of the gang back in 2012 by the two founders who are @TbdS and @JP4. A special and a huge thank you to them since without them and their idea of creating the gang, we wouldn't even be an idea in the server, more even an official organization. Many of the most known players of this server started to play here and they are already at the top with their own gangs and a great reputation, we've always been a family and whoever joined us along this years knows what I'm talking about, it's something unique and special! Also I would like to thank all the people who have been part of us and even more bigger thanks to the people who are still with us, since without every single one of them we would be nothing as we are today. I initially wanted to stay off the topic but with responses accumulating, I think bringing my waffle pov to the table might help. I think there is a game balance issue on the story that is now obvious with copside being more than they once were. It's hard for me to say whether the kill arrest part is concerned (or more like, it won't help advance the debate) but we have clearly went from an extreme to another one which is worth looking into solutions (which doesn't have to be necesarily what was proposed here, though it remains a solution). One of the common issues I see lately is the spam of house spawning very close of banks. The interiors we currently have at our disposal are very small and tight. Combine this with several others factors and you got a system that went from easy 8/8 for gangs to a way too complicated bankrob system. People should be able to make a bankrob fail because they played well and not because they have the closest property to the bank. I might be deviating from the topic so I will stop here. I'm up to discussion for eventual constructive brain-storming on how to balance things out in a private discussion if some of you are interested. Either ways, I believe kill arresting should still be maintained in prison (under this interior) for game balance purpose. @Kain said in Remove killarrest: Fail 2 BRs > Make topic about removing the only thing that caused them to fail. :honk: I'm the first one to openly laugh at teddy & adistar when they fail some BRs, but here it doesn't help the topic at all as adistar isn't the first person to suggest this (the best example that comes up to my mind is @TaaviLaudur topic a few months back) and is neither the only person to consider there is a problem with kill-arresting balancing at the moment
