There is no single aspect of this situation 'balanced' 'fair' or stimulating gameplay of the server. But I'd love some real criminal gamebreaking strategist to have a look. For the smartasses within us. If I walked away without going for vending I would have got shot in the back as soon as I got out of tazer teach, making me also die.

Same arguments were made for previous changes to BR system and jail as well (although this isn't jail topic) to criminals. "Get better tactics" "maybe don't JB alone but with friends" "bla bla bla". Cop reqruirement went down, there are now even less cops responding then before the previous changes. Which let me remind everyone, those were made because there were less cops. So for the less educated people here in short: There are less cops responding then BEFORE all previous BR changes. yes doors go slower, but we cannot even get to the door which opens slowly, so it doesn't matter how fast it goes. (Unless you crack slower then 5 minutes then learn2crack) BUT ASIDE ALL THAT. My main concern with defending outside is that other gang members and other randoms see this as the oppertunity to DM cops outside. Which is not allowed. HS BR with 6 defenders outside? -> Unwanted O members and randoms start dmming cops outside because HS are also doing that. (just get inside the bank lol) Also before BR starts, all crims just DM cops outside. Just get your ass inside if you aren't the robbing gang. It's only 10 more meters to hold W to then afk for 2minutes. I get it if a cop is actually chasing you. But just sitting outside with 5 different gangs just does not make sense. ( I don't think you are even allowed to do this? )

I agree that seeing the whole map like DE is not nice (at least for me) so a toggle for distance would be nicer. Also being able to toggle loading of players and vehicles would be nice then. Since seeing the whole map empty just makes it worse. If that is possible then the next question is shooting range. As much as people like to DM. sitting on top of MC sniping players at lvx is also not ideal.

@drot yes and that attitude is why the cop reqruirement came. Because half the cop force is going to an empty SR or an abandoned VIP rather to the server activity were the player interaction happens. (Which this server is about since its SAESRPG not SAESRP) Criminals here clearly state that they DO believe that BRs are more important and more interesting. And for them it's even a reqruirement. Even though you stated the opposite. I will say it again, I do still believe PBRs should be more common. With a decrease in payment after the first participation. (Minimum amount 50k, bonus for the first pbr 500k; if done successfully)

@jay Last time I had an argument with DROT about the importance of BRs he told me and I quote: "BRs aren't a reqruirement" and I much rather use the words of a gang manager then a group manager. We have 2 very capable scripters in SAES who can make it like, like I suggested before. The first PBR you attend will give you 100% payment and every other PBR you attend will give you 5 or 10% payment. That way it is still a good incentive to go. Also a PBR is far more entertaining since you also have a dropoff. Way more of activity time then the 2:10 BRs JK was doing IMO Also bring back HLS DE or CLO back to BRs. We all know these groups also have a role within these activities which has been lacking lately.

Can we get back to topic; Rather then change this, change the PBR system to happen more. It's the same event, it just doesn't count towards HLS results. If it's about that then I stand by my point of this suggestion being focussed on wanting higher results rather then having the activity. Since we all know CLO is not allowed to come to ANY criminal org. So it's already about having the best score rather then having a server activity.

@jay I know that you are group manager, that's the reason I explicitly responded to you. I will enjoy my time as president, but I also have other groups to attend and do activities for. Not only for myself but also for the benefit of not letting the groups die. There is a report button ingame if you see someone intenionally blocking brs. But I have also seen the otherside, were I have been doing stuff for SS for more then an hour and getting reported for it. If I want to do something for my group I should be able to. I also suggested pbrs to happen more often, they work almost the same way as a normal br. They just don't get noticed by HLS results.

@jay its concerning that you as group manager are for this suggestion. "Those who spawn as civilian or some other group on their own are trying to prevent BRs from happening." The reason I and the people I play with spawn as a group is to have fun in THESE groups. This in an activity for us which isn't about arresting. Its about having a fight without getting reported. Or to do some other activity. (For me RP) this isn't my way of taking revenge against criminals. This is my own fun. Also; we have to meet reqruitments.

No to this from me as well, PBR isn't related to specific gangs or get included in HLS results. Therefore are just another server event like SR, I would rather have my suggestion which I put inside the other topic.

After a good night I've come up with a middle ground, let me know what you think; Remove the limit of 1 PBR per day. Make it 1 per hour. But give players a reduced payout after doing 1. Then after 24 hours you get a 1 time full payout. This gives all the players a chance to be at a PBR each day. And crims get to do more (p)brs. This also provides for people to come more often since you can plan it and also help your new friends get some money.

There were 15 officials today. Only 3 BRs. I even tagged the bissolini on discord to BR. The reason there is a requirement is because it makes no sense to even let people BR with only 3 cops. It litterly does not make sense, 4 people defending and you wont even see the inside of the bank itself. By saying they should be counted towards cop count you litterly imply that the person should be able to help. Otherwise the suggestion might as well be to remove to limit. Which this topic is not. You guys don't even let CLO come anymore because you are scared about failing lol CLO litterly was a cab service during SFBR. The day I'll vote with crims wanting 40v1 will be the day Ill get some rpgs in my disk. Otherwise that 40v1 is not possible.
