@Ikzelf Typical Joe response Ikzelf, what did you expect? Joe has recently even said himself that BR fail is now well over 50%, more like 80%. Which is not balanced. So kain can say he will do his best to create balance to keep the meta fair, well he has unbalanced it but the other way. As per my previous response, Police Officers and the Army should be the only people turning up to the banks. Killarrest is not the issue.

I think kill/arrest is perfectly balanced to be honest. What the issue is, is that there are non-police organisations turning up to the Bank to 'assist' police. Which is changing the balance/outcome of BR's. Maybe if they patrolled as police officers more, it might be different. The only other group apart from squads which should be at a Bank robbery is DE as they are our Army. However they only show when CLO are present which keeps the balance. Simply stop HLS turning up, make HLS members play as police officers like they should be and keep kill arrest. Problem sorted. Also I do think that police should be able to equip some sort of armour, to only be used during bank. As due to the amount of criminals vs cops, it helps to keep balance.

Type of Training: Usage of radio codes and roleplay People involved: Joshbond and Hash Details: During the training Hash was educated on how to correctly use radio codes to inform police officers around San Andreas when he would be going on patrol and which area he would be patrolling. When Hash moved from LV to LS he was also trained in how to let officers know his change of sector assignment. Hash was then asked to begin a roleplay by doing a simple road traffic stop. This involved Joshbond having to help the civillian (as he was new to the server and was not sure how to use anims, etc) Hash continued to do his best while Joshbond was observing and feedback was provided after the roleplay. They then headed back to the SAFP Station for a debrief on the training, during this Hash was also trained on how to correctly radio in that he is ending the patrol and heading back to the station. This was all part of SAFP Cadet training which we call Field Training Programme, this was also Joshbond looking for potential people who would suit in the SAFP sub-division called Marshals. @Bartman Joshbosh would hate the current state of the server. Controlled by Kain and Joe. He and Boston I would imagine would just hate it.

Change is being made but everyone is saying no? Shows how much HQ listen to the community.... I also agree with Terry. Why punish those who dont abuse it? Those who do are the ones who should be punished.

Developing the squad side would be to change up how the squad level system works, changing what police can do and what they have to be able to do it. I personally do not like the idea as not having backpacks is what makes SAES unique. The ability to carry drugs and food completely changes gameplay and I personally do not like it. Its also very similar to other popular servers and we should not be trying to copy them but be better.

I dont think the constant creation of recruitments is the best way to keep activity up. Maybe actually changing what DE do with a different purpose so there is actually a reason to spawn apart from just attending BR's when CLO are there and just when DE recruitments are happening.

Sad to hear its come to an end after TST long activity on this community. TST has been a very funny and unqiue part of this server, especially back when Danny was leading it. As he was one funny bastard. For any previous TST member who is not sure where to go, SAFP will welcome you with open arms.
