Disallow/cooldown suggestions about CopSide from non-copsiders
Silence replied to Predator's question in Suggestions / Changes - Archive
This whole crim vs. cop thing lately.. You know what I think it is? People on both sides are getting tired of this game and naturally, you'll be trying to find excuses and make changes to find the joy once again to play - rather than seeing the bigger picture -
how is your sister doing?

bring back houserobs -
everyone including their dog knows that people log in for the community and the social aspect of it. no one in the right mind sits here and hustles money in the year almost 2020. everyone has everything, and there is no motivation other than the old friends on the server to log in for. if the economy was to undergo a hard reset.. and every single job adjusted accordingly.. and a realistic tax system.. and ways to flush out money properly, so we don't end up with inflation again.. aaaand lastly everyone would start from 0 - i could see this work. but its hard. now - you would log in for the old friends on the server... and have additional motivation to play because you don't have anything. i get that some people may get the idea that, well if you remove all my stuff it's going to demotivate players, but i think you underestimate the competition aspect this would bring. who gets the first super gt with the adjusted economy? who gets to be the first millionare, who gets the expensive props. which gang/squad is the richest? it would be crazy to finally see some point in playing again. but this 'economy reset' idea has been on the table for eons already, and i seriously doubt anything would happen with it. bone has already been in on this for a long time aswell, and he put it nicely that it takes a lot of effort and time to do this major change.

Hello. I must say the recent adjustments to the enforcer is good. The new speed is good, the armor is good. It's almost patrol worthy.. except that only 1 person can shoot. You can't shoot from the backseats. I'd like to suggest two adjustments to the enforcer. /cargrab functionality more officers able to sit in the back. Perhaps 6 - 8.

you wouldn't last a day in swat we arrest each other all the time

@Filex said in House Robery: @Silence said in House Robery: @Bone what do you think if all of the store structures gets removed, however the locations stays the same + the addition of the old locations from the HR system? ofcourse with some minor location changes, but you get the idea Yeah like in lv stores we make a marker in the middle of nothing and call it a house rob, idk but the concept of having a robbery in the mid air is a bit non sense i maybe support the changement of the current sr structure to something more fair and bigger than having such system back

Don't you also think the payment is little? -
Speed affects the time of rubber bullets. You can run again in 3 seconds. Your 'walk' speed, is the same as running speed while affected. I really hate to get dragged into shit like this, but I feel like I need to express this. I've noticed a trend lately wanting to nerf the police side more, however instead of playing the victim all the time the cop to crim 1:4 ratio should speak for itself. Stop this narrow minded thinking, its childish. Of course if you outnumber something, expect things to be a bit sour. I don't know if its Taavi who's fueling this victim complex or whoever it is, this thinking has to stop. I can not emphasize this enough. We need each other. You may not realize this, but constantly decreasing our arsenal and accesibility demotivates the police side. I personally have lost motivation to patrol ever since the speed reduction of the police dodge & core feature of /eject was removed. Patrolling has become so tideous and tiresome for me and its creating a dull atmosphere. You can not deny the activity has fallen since the speed reduction of the dodge and removal of the core feature of /eject. Numbers can't and don't lie. It's all fun and games right now to gain more and more advantage as a criminal, but its very tunnel visioned. You do not see left and right. This.. constant 'Nerfing' has ramifications, and without realizing suddenly the ratio has decreased to 1:5.. 1:6.. 1:7.. and its really only a matter of time before its gonna be so low that people won't play as police any longer. What is there to gain by being in a squad? This thought should never appear, but it is. What happens then? Do the criminal side win? No. You lose. Without police you do not get any challenge. The criminal activity will drop afterwards, and without exaggerating things, this may result in either server turning into complete anarchist police-free bullshit. Overall activity will drop drastically. The police side has become a mere entertainment for the criminals. You are the protagonist. You do all the fun. We need each other. Stop this narrow minded thinking and realize that the ratio is geting larger and larger. It is about to hit 1:5. It will eventually grow larger and when it does, expect to see suggestions about light armor to the police side, and do not be surprised if it gets implemented. Because your actions would've caused it to happen.
