    State troopers not newbies, at least they should read rules to collect the 750 arrest to be good players and they will know radio codes etc..

    In my opinion, I see it's a good idea to let state troopers use radio, But we can't let trainees use radio, Reason: Because trainees are newbies and they don't know how to use it

    Its bad idea for me because adding more cells will increase lags and for sure you can't play with lags in this server. and we have alot of cells in the jail so no need to add more cells.
