  4. Hi I personally believe that some of the vehicle mods that we have ingame are outdated, and some simply just don't look good at all (looking at Alpha and ZR-350 specifically). I'd like to do a quick poll on every current mod for purchasable vehicle mods only. This is NOT a poll on removing or changing the handling of any of these vehicles, this is just for the physical appearance. If you need a reference for all the vehicle mods currently in this poll, check out this topic where you can see images of all the vehicles we currently have with mods applied. You can vote for as many as you like, and just because we could remove one in the future doesn't mean that it won't be replaced with anything else, we always welcome suggestions. After you vote, if you feel like you want to suggest a mod then please do use the Server Modifications/Handling Suggestions sub forum. No vehicles will be removed or replaced without a prior warning and a fair chance to sell the car if you wanted. We appreciate that a lot of money would have been spent on players to not only buy these vehicles, but also money and time spend in the Nanoshop create custom vehicles. No decision will be taken lightly. But, it's only money... you can always afk turf for more don't panic. (no refunds hhh) No vehicle mods will be added without a prior community poll. Again, visit the Server Modifications/Handling Suggestions sub forum if you would like to make a suggestion. Any links to suggested mods would be greatly helpful.

  7. We currently have 3 cars on the server that have a drift mod, the Elegy, Previon and ZR-350. Would you like it so you would be able to remove this handling for free in modshops to be able to use the car normally too? This would not effect any cars you currently own. You will be able to switch back between drift/normal as you wish, for free. This will not be an option on every car, just the 3 current drift cars.

  10. I've changed my vote to a yes, this seems much more fair for all involved. Especially if we reset the economy too, people wouldn't be able to spawn anywhere 😆
  11. Yes, based on a few small factors. Weapons storage wiped. Vehicles wiped *but* first vehicle at dealership is free up to X amount. For example, able to buy a small vehicle not a Cheetah. Every job and activity payout reworked to accommodate 'Legacy' rewards for donors (claimed within 3 months) based on how much has been donated. For example, those who have donated <£50 get $50,000 ingame money, £51-£99 get £100,000, £100-£149 get $150,000 and >£150 get $250,00 & the option of keeping one of their properties and an interior. Going forward we could remove cash for donations. Obviously this would also be adjusted depending on how costs are altered with job payouts and how much things cost to buy in general. Organisation money becomes 'dead money'. IE gang leaders can't withdraw the money for themselves, this money would go towards the cost of buying vehicles and other rewards for the gang based on their level. Events hosted by a gang could perhaps use this money in some way too? A reset has been needed for years but it can't just be the flick of a switch, the whole server needs a rework for it to work properly.
  12. I like the idea, but my vote is currently no based on a few things I don't like the look of... This should be done via an interior that is the same for every gang. Some bases are harder to breach than others, depending on design and location so they would be targeted more. If each gang had the same 'base raid interior' as an addition to their current interior, then this would function closer to how BRs work for criminals. It would also make it far easier to police from an admin pov. I'm torn on this. I like the idea of it but in current practice i don't think it's ideal. Gangs are judged heavily on their activity and restricting that during what could be an active time for them is not great. My counter suggestion would be gangs could be given a 3rd spawn, "gangname Hideout" which they could pick from one of their gang properties where this would be. A small limit of a 5kb base, no interior, and a couple of gang vehicles could be located there and this would be a 'stronghold' as such, and can't be raided by police. To make it fair, it would be a good idea if squads could have the same thing. A 3rd spawn, a 'raid division' if you will, 5kb worth of mapping in another location, no interior and a few upgraded vehicles? Maybe a couple of armored trucks (which I believe Kain created at one point), and possibly a different weapons loadout. Much how we used to allow SS at BRs, we could possibly allow SS to assist in raiding the best defensive gang every month too? In terms of how contraband is secured, this could be implemented into store robberies? Every X amount of store robberies done by gang members as a whole, will contrubute to X amount of contraband in a gang base?

Do not argue and disrespect other members of raceTECH. There is no rank structure here other than HQ > others, you're all equal. You must turn up for raceTECH roleplays with a 0 star wanted level. Have another rT member or friend spawn as a cop if you are in need of a bribe. <rTECH> tag must be worn at raceTECH events and roleplays. If you're playing the game normally (spawned as LWS or just racing etc) then the tag is not needed.

  19. Given this hasn't been mentioned since and we've had no other complaints I'll go ahead and close this. If this really is a huge issue I'm sure we would have heard more.
  20. I have just tried rolling the Infernus from it's roof back to it's wheels again and it was fine, I was still able to roll the car back with A + D keys. Whatever you're experiencing is not to do with the handling.
