A script has been developed for this by @Scorpyo, respawning vehicles in close proximity of Bank Marker, wait a while until it's reviewed & added.

Make separate topics for individual properties If user is not an admin/group/saha account If last seen is accurately a whole month ago ( Ex 1st Jan - > 1st March ) If no one else has already requested that property Then you can have it. You can also request only 2 properties a week as aforementioned by Daryl
