The Side Road I was driving along doing my usual trip in Las Venturas after a big fix and i decided to take a detour to Los Santos to check on something before the night was over. I was approaching the LV/LS freeway when I spotted something there on down the road. Looked weird because you never see cars stopped right before the on ramp so I decided to check it out. Turns out some guy had broken on down I decided to give him a hand. Turns out it wasn't such a huge deal.. Firstly the car was running hotter then a ghost pepper in the sun. So I made sure to get the guy some coolant and fresh oil. So when I was doing so I noticed there was a leak and a damn broken head gasket. So I had a couple parts in the back of the truck and I happened to have that gasket he was looking for and it fit on snug. I told him to come on back to ALT so I can have a more close up look but the guy said he has a mechanic already so I let him go. Charged him for the work I did and gave him my card because his mechanic aren't better then ours. I tried to seal up the rest but it was only so much i could do on the road. Tamsou i'm gonna be honest. You annoyed the living fuck out of me in the past and i'm 100% sure you did it on purpose. Yet I never insulted you.. never attacked you.. the only thing you got from me was a downvote when you were trying to join my gang. Quick note that groups like VT & Rtech had been doing this aswell on there forum . But now that selling cars are more simple we @ TMH took the chance to do it. Also ALT has a market aswell. If there's to be a public one we still would have our piece of the pie and potential more customers so i'm all for it. Doubt it be anything compared to SAHA but if not just its own sub. But if you wish to post until then feel free to use the TMH one as its been operational and has had some good sales.

On top of my experience in SAES I have always been observant and think there is certain quality's that every agent needs. Examples being: Maturity. Professionalism. Knowledgeable. Well Spoken. Activity. Confidence. I meet all those criteria's and maturity is something I've always had even from the start. You have to be able to present yourself in a respective manner and know when to be serious and not. I have my good times and bad times like everyone else but most likely you wouldn't know it unless were close. I have a lot of patience and I'm always willing to help walk someone threw something if they don't know if I can help them. A lot of the SAHA dealings can be quiet confusing to people if they haven't taken time to read on it like I did when I started SAES. So surely I have the time and patience to handle situations as that. As for professionalism I've learned that along the way and being 29 years old. Starting my own company & being a freelance Graphic Designer for years I've learned a lot about how to be professional and that shows in my SAES career. Started in July 2017, So I haven't here as long as some other guys but in my time here I've joined 2 organizations and earned my rank as HQ in both in a short period. I've not only took interest in other groups but I've worked hard for all of them and earned ranks there as well. I'm not just here to join stuff for "fun" that's a big part of it but I take interests and work hard for everything I do and I have a line of people to back me up for that. For knowledge well for months and months when I started SAES my main goal was to get property's. Myself and friends spending hours hanging out looking for inactive's to claim. It was good buy and sell income, it was competition, it was great. I back then read any peace of information SAHA had to give and that was my main hobby on the server. I was posting 2 times a week and selling them within the next days of claiming. Well spoken I think it very important that its a English speaking server (mainly) and English being my first so i'm very fluent and have very few if any grammar mishaps other then a typo here and there. But i'm able to get my point across to anyone in any setting. As for activity, I'm pretty much working steady hours now and I have a good balance of Work Time/Free Time/SAES Time. Not to mention and extra plus is my Time Zone. Sometimes i'm on a little early No SAHA sometimes i'm on kinda late No SAHA. Yet and still people are always asking so why not accept members to where your gonna have service around the clock instead of just mid day time. I know all the lingo, I'm aware of all the rules and policy's and I have the time now to execute it. I know I can handle it and have the confidence to kill this position. Feels like when I stopped going property crazy like 10 other guys took my spot not knowing half of what they were doing. That could lead to a lot of work not only in game but forums aswell. And that's something i'm willing to take on not for any other reason but for the fun of watching property hunting from the other side. Rather it be a lot of ig sorting or even catching one of those property hoarders that only sign on once a movie on there inactive day. Whatever it is.. if i was willing to type up this application then i'm willing to do the job. My record shows it. Thanks for reading, Signed.

@MatizZ Someone requested this before and I was all for it. But 90% of the comments were people crying about. No one wants to see you show off your groups, no one cares to see your art, there's no point, it will lag, blah blah blah. Always some negative stuff but i say again this would be pretty cool!
