I have updated the first post, so people realise the ramifications of this. People need to consider the implications this would have for BR regroups, flanking, or other activities you wouldn't want your rivals (whether they're cop or criminal) to see

With recent player counts, someone suggested that we enable blips to be visible all the time, regardless of distance, to prevent it looking emptier than it is.
