Welcome to the ZIP Recruitment Center, you will find here the instructions and the steps to succeed in your integration in this powerful and unique group which is ZIP Constructions. Understand that the key to becoming a ZIP member is that you must have a creative mind and an enthusiasm in construction and design. You also need to engage yourself for ZIP, which means being active often and not sleeping taking it for granted. The ZIP is an access to more than 150 construction objects, without particular restrictions to express your creative spirit and to realize, perhaps, the best works ever known. It's now your turn! Read the below instructions carefully to prevent us from ignoring your application. The recruitment takes place for each applicant in 3 stages which are: Stage 1 : The Application At this recruitment there is no specific application form to be used. This means that you, the applicant, is free to make any application form you like. Try to be as creative you can be in order to make yourself unique compared to the other applicants. The title of your application should be: "(Name)'s Application for ZIP". Questions must be in BOLD. Once the application is posted, you need to post builds to keep it up to date. Note that we only consider an application if it has at least 5 builds. There is no minimum set amount of roleplays required but the more skills are shown, the more we can see what you got. Posts will only be counted as valid using the formats below. Stage 2 : The Interview Once we have determined that you are eligible for ZIP, we invite you to do an interview to discuss your motivations and aptitudes for becoming a member. The interview will be done primarily ingame. The ZIP Managers and HQs will then analyze your general profile and your psychological state. Stage 3: The Final Answer - Admission into Zip A discussion between HQs and Managers will take place. We will then analyze your general behavior towards the server and the players. After a final decision of the HQs, you will receive your final answer within 7 days directly on your application. Some points to know: You can get help from ZIP members. Roleplaying must be privileged for each construction. Offering money / service to have your constructions / blueprint carried out is strictly prohibited. What ZIP is About: Click here to join us on our discord channel We are SAES's Leading Building Group. We build epic areas to help promote the community in RP's and help support in players event areas. Launched in 2010 with the help of the great Ronseal and Lance, ZIP changed the way players have been able to spend there time in the server. As updates and changes where made with the building panel, things have been great all around. Other building and event groups have spawned because of all the work done for and by ZIP. We strive to make our name great once again! The Rules: With great power comes great responsibility 1] Never spawn wanted as ZIP. Find away to remove your wanted level first. 2] ZIP is a civilian group. You can not attack anyone while spawned. Request protection if needed. 3] Never block the free play of others. Always make sure the public can access around your builds 4] You can not use the panel to block or remove trainees or cops from your builds. Even if they are toxic 5] Must maintain a heavy realistic feel to your builds when at all possible. 6] Do not go AFK for long periods of time with your builds active. 7] You can not use the panel to create defenses for Turf, Wars, SR's, BR's, PBR's, Etc... 8] Must maintain a level of respect for all members and of other players. 9] All roadways and bridge builds must have a form of structural foundation. No Sky Roads 10] Only members of the Event Team can host events. You may help them in there builds rules maybe added, removed, changes, or altered as the HQ team see's fit. Event Team: Event members are the most respected members of ZIP, they build, host, and maintain Events and RP's. <Project is in development> Architect Team: Architect members create designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments. They use their specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. They are mostly experienced builders within the organization. Worker Team: Worker members are responsible for a number of on-site tasks, such as removing debris, erecting scaffolding, loading and unloading building materials, and assisting with operating heavy equipment. Membership and Promotions: Membership and promotions will be handed out to dedicated players, how to do so is listed below. Requirements for the Worker Team: In order to join ZIP as a worker, just follow the steps here and are management team will proceed with the upmost speed and care based on each players application. Requirements for the Architect Team: 1] You must be active as "Worker" for a period of 2 months not the time you've joined ZIP, but for how long you have been active within the group 2] You must have built 4 recent construction projects that you'd like to present to us. you must use at least 200 objects per construction to avoid the 5 mins constructions, do us a favor, do it well, or don't at all. afterwards, we'll pick one out of the 4 constructions which you'll need to write a background story about and post it in your portfolio. 3] Build a bridge that connects two sides of the land, Point A > B. The road was quiet, and police lights flashed red and blue on the metal beams. Agents Axponk and Darius were on duty, waiting for a truck that might be carrying a bomb. After a few minutes a large truck came slowly across the bridge. The agents told the driver to stop. He looked nervous but stopped the vehicle in the middle of the road. Agent Darius used a scanner to check the truck. The scanner beeped loudly, showing something dangerous inside. Agent Axponk quickly stopped the driver and put him under arrest before he could escape. When they opened the back of the truck they saw a big metal box with wires and a timer. It was a bomb ready to explode. The agents stayed calm and followed their training. They carefully cut the wires and stopped the timer just a few seconds before it went off. The bomb was made safe and placed into a special box for transport. Just moments after secure vehicle arrived and took the bomb back to headquarters. Where the bomb experts would take it apart safely. After the danger was over, the bridge was reopened. The people of Los Santos were safe again because Agents Axponk and Darius stopped the threat in time. Screens:

Agent Oscar watched the road while Agent Axponk checked his camera and radio. They moved carefully, taking pictures of broken crates and bullet shells on the ground. Inside the bunker, it was dark and smelled like metal and dust. Agent Oscar opened a box and froze—it was full of new rifles and smaller handguns. Agent Axponk took more photos and sent a quick message to headquarters. The agents began cataloging everything: assault rifles, pistols, ammunition boxes, and several crates marked with serial numbers from Eastern Europe. Agent Axponk recorded the markings while Agent Darius noted down the transport codes on a secure tablet. They discovered several unregistered drones and explosive devices stored deeper in the cache, covered with tarps. Once the documentation was complete, Agent Oscar contacted headquarters for further instructions. Within the hour, the agents loaded the recovered weapons into the van they had arrived in. They worked carefully, securing each crate inside armored containers for safe transport. Activity Type: Roleplay Date: 2025-10-21 Participants: @Oscar - @Darius - @Axponk Story: Military Intelligence Section 6 got intel about a secret meeting happening inside the Los Santos courthouse. The info said a judge was passing military secrets during closed sessions. We were told to bug the judges desk without getting caught. I went in disguised as a defendant. My partner Agent Darius posed as a city inspector to handle the front desk and distract security. I moved through the halls like I belonged there—no one questioned me. Agent Axponk was stationed outside taking photos for the case against the judge. It was critical to get timing of the photo right with the listening devides data sent to listening device in the headquarters. Fast I fell to the ground near the desk and shoved myself under it. I stood in a rush, gave a quick look around—still clear. I walked out calm and slow, toolbox in hand, heart racing. Outside, the van picked up the signal right away. We heard voices not long after. Mentions of weapon routes, bribes, and names we’ve seen before. We saved the recordings and left without a trace. Screens:

Word of a black market weapons deal happening out of an old garage on the outskirts of town. Orders were clear: observe, confirm, move in. Our team rolled out in an black van. Agent Axponk was riding shotgun eyeing the GPS as we were getting closer. The garage looked abandoned from from far away with no lights. But the heat signatures inside told a different story. Agent Axponk moved towards the front with Agent Darius while backup was waiting on the signal. Breaching and shouting with weapons drawn. The suspect froze. Aiming our guns towards the suspect leaving him no choice to surrender without a fight. The inside was packed with assault rifles loads of ammo crates. Neatly stacked for show and sale. Agents started snapping photos for the report. No resistance after the takedown, just a lot of swearing and empty threats. Standard procedure and clearing the area to secure the goods.
