Accidents happen, that is very much understandable. However, if we start to deem that invalid due to intention, then we will not be able to differentiate between a legitimate accident and a rulebreak on purpose. If you, for example, were shooting a cop, and a crim happened to run in front of you or just happened to be nearby and died from your gunshots, we will never truly know whether you meant it on purpose or you truly were shooting the cop. People can fake their intentions which leads us to get rid of the compassion and act based on the proof we have. I know it is frustrating, and I have been there plenty of times, and I was even punished for those accidents a couple of times before without actually meaning it, but it is what it is really. At the end of the day, you're just gonna spend a couple of seconds in adminjail and continue your game being more careful. If you did offer an arrest after an avoid and the player refuses it and reports, it is still within his rights. Why? Because we get back to the initial factor, intention. Some people can literally just get themselves killed so they can get the option to /sur in hospital, or just to piss off the police officer, or for whatever other reason... This for is without denying that there are genuine people who do happen to end up in unfortunate cases, like yourself probably, but yeah, it is what it is.

Ma man, this suggestion will add more crying and tears among cops and crims. - It was 200 meters!! - It was 150 meters!!! - NO IT WAS 200 you dumb maggot Also I'm pretty sure som of criminal side players will abuse this suggested rule and be like "it was not on purpose". From the cop side it won't really help, mb only reduce AJ's by a bit. From the crim side it will add more ways to abuse the rule. I'd rather not change it🤷‍♂️
