  1. SAES already includes structured organizations such as squads, gangs, and other formal groups within the server. Building on that foundation, it would be reasonable to consider adding a “crew” system specifically designed to represent smaller groups of friends who want a shared identity without necessarily forming a fully structured or competitive organization. A crew feature would provide a more flexible and socially oriented alternative to gangs or other formal entities. Not every group of players aims to participate in large-scale organized activities; many simply want to play together consistently and be recognized as part of the same circle. Introducing crews would strengthen community bonds, improve in-game identity, and make it easier to visually identify players who regularly play together. In my case, I run a Discord server that functions as a crew. We currently use an in-game tag to represent ourselves, but we have to manually include it in our usernames. This approach is not only inconvenient, but it also leads to inconsistencies and reduces visual clarity. A built-in crew system that automatically displays a tag next to the username would be significantly more practical and professional. Ideally, the crew tag should allow at least five characters. This would provide enough flexibility to represent a meaningful abbreviation without negatively affecting readability or interface balance. Having an official tag system integrated into the game would improve organization, visual consistency, and overall immersion. The purpose of a crew should remain simple and social rather than competitive or strategic. Its main function would be to provide identity and communication tools. For example, a dedicated crew chat command such as /c (crewsay) would allow members to communicate privately in-game without relying exclusively on external platforms like Discord. This would further improve coordination and reinforce the sense of belonging within the group. In summary, adding crews would not replace existing organizations such as squads or gangs. Instead, it would complement the current system by offering a simpler, socially focused structure tailored to groups of friends who want a shared identity within SAES. Here’s an example of how it would appear in-game (click in the link to see the ss)

If yes, why and when?: No. PART III : Rules check Have you read the entirety of the "Pro Cops Guide" topic?: Yes What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: - Dogs aren't allowed to arrest. - Only spawn as a Dog when you have another police member as your dog handler. - Dogs must stay with their handler all the times. -Dogs may only talk through private chats. They are not allowed to talk like humans in Local Chat. -Dogs must listen to their handler and may not act on their own. Briefly explain the following rules in your own words: Rule number 4: When you start chasing someone, you must first give them a chance to surrender using /sur, which offers 75% reduced jail time. Dont spam your police binds or rush them, remember they might be busy driving or running and can't constantly read chat. They need a moment to see your message, think about it, and decide whether to cooperate, so whenever possible, allow that time before taking further action. Rule number 7: When you first join Pro Cop, you'll be on a two week probation. During that time, you must add PC* to your name, like Name|PC* or SQUAD|Name|PC*. While playing as Pro Cop, your name also needs to clearly show who you are, either your roleplay name or your normal server nickname, so other players can easily identify you. Rule number 9: Once you're invited to Pro Cop, you must sign in on the PC Forum. If you don't, you could be removed, and if you ever get kicked by mistake, there'll be no proof you were a Pro Cop. If detectives find out you never signed in, they may remove you. Also, once you submit your sign in, you're not allowed to edit it, changing your information afterward counts as fraud. PART IV: Roleplay commands Explain how and when the /me command is used. Explain how and when the /do command is used. 13. Frequently Asked Questions If you are an ex-PC, how can you get your PC diploma back? The only way to get it back is by simply applying again after being in a squad for 4 weeks or repeating the SAPA education. You shouldn't have left for a gang in the first place. If you get kicked because of your inactivity, can you re-gain your PC membership back or not? For now, no one gets kicked from PC because of inactivity. If you have solid proofs to prove that you were a PC member, you can always share them with SAPD HQs or PCD. I am on the criminal side now, will they kick me from PC? All PC members have to inform a SAPD HQ or PCD if they want to join a gang or otherwise become full-time criminals. Do not ask an admin to remove you from PC spawn. Repercussions of failing to notify anyone could include permanent ban from affiliation to SAPD in any way. What are SAPD HQ and PCD? SAPD HQ is the HQ part of the PC group. PCD is the unit that supervises all PC units. They will monitor and potentially warn, kick and/or suspend people from PC whenever caught breaking the rules. More on PCD here: https://saesrpg.uk/topic/7111/pcd-police-complaints-department Are PCD members also PC testers? PCD and PC Testers are very different things. PCD members take care of reports about Procops and also answer the questions about PC. Testers take care of PC applications and PC tests. Although this is not to say that PCD members can't be or aren't PC Testers at the same time. How can you get a PC invite panel? PC inviting rights are as of November 2019 reserved by SAPD HQ, invitation depends on the outcome of PC Testers discussion. For SAPA Cadets; Can PC Testers train or test me for SAPA trainings/tests? PC Tester can not host SAPA trainings/tests. They're tasked with PC related matters alone. Who is in charge of my PC application? PC applications are reviewed & approved/denied by PC Testers. When is the deadline for the final answer of my application for PC? PC testers have an approximate deadline of one week (7 days from when you posted the application.). Note that waiting period may vary at times. Please remember that PC applications/tests have nothing to do with PCD. How can I officially become a PCD member / how often do you recruit? PCD accustomed recruitment is via application which opens only when we are in need of new PCD detectives. How can I get my PC test? Following accepted application status, you will be told who to contact for a test.
