Involved SAI members: Mark_Calaway (TaJ).
Other involved people: Chemist ( @chemist ).
Date, time and duration of activity: 30/09/2018, 25 minutes.
Activity type: State-wide patrol and Pullover chase.
Details: The patrol started at SAI HQ, where SAI Trooper Mark Calaway (me) got on his Police Bike and started on a patrol around Las Ventures. After a particular time when he was crossing the LV Cross, he finds a biker going on the highway with a bike sounding more than a subwoofer. The Trooper then went around the person with a slight high speed and asked him to pull over. Upon pull over it got known to him that the person was a member of a MC group, which supposedly was all "legal". After looking over him and his bike, the trooper didn't find anything suspicious. Even the paper check did not find enough evidences to doubt the wise biker. Therefore Mark returned all the papers, and greeted the wise person upon which Mark got on his bike and returned to SAI HQ.

Activity type: State-wide patol
Details: 30.09.2018 Sergeant Hayward had his shift at his work. On this day he got a partner, Ramos, a state trooper wishing to join SAI. The shift started at 17:40 and ended at 18:30. That day was full of different actions. This day Sheriff. Sanek also had his shift, so Sergeant and Sheriff were cooperating together. The first car that was stopped by the sergeant was red Lamborgini racing around Las-Venturas Highway. As he broke only speed limit, he got only a ticket for it. Afterwards, they moved to LV-LS highway and put the speeding camera. After about 5 minutes green low-riding car passed by on 214 KPH. Sheriff Sanek and Sergeant Hayward started a pursuit that ended up by the suspect falling down on his car from the bridge. He was delivered to the hospital as he got injured. Then the Sergeant drove to LV and started patrolling around the city. Suddenly, he saw a robber escaping from a police officer. As a result, suspect was arrested. By this time, Sergeant's shift came to its end.

Activity type: RolePlay
Details: Sergeant Hayward was patrolling around Las-Ventures. When he drove off the highway, a grey muscle-car passed by on high speed. The sergeant turned on his sirens, started the pursuit and asked the driver to stop his car on the right side of road. After a long talk, the sergeant understood that driver is immigrant from Asia. He didn't have any documents with him, only the Visa Card. It was decided to get him to SAI HQ to identify his personality. There the sergeant filled in his first and last name on the database. It was a Chinese worker, who got to the US by illegal way on the ship. As the law doesn't allow him to stay in the US, SAI officer workers called SA Federal Police centre and asked for Marshals Service. Soon Marshal Barry arrived. After asking the suspect a few questions, marshal led him to his car and drove to the ship that was arriving from the USA to Chine. That's where the Sergeants part of job ended.

Date, time and duration of activity: 02/10/2018, 45 minutes.
Activity type: State-wide patrol.
Details: The patrol started at SAI HQ, moving to Las Venturas and Los Santos areas.
In Las Venturas a trucker was pulled over, because of reckless driving. After an interview by one of the troopers, the trucker explained that he was having a call on the phone while driving. The troopers checked using the radio if he had any warrants or fellonies on his record. Once everthing was checked out and the results were inspected, the trucker recieved his documents back including a ticket for phoning while driving.
After patrolling LV, we stationed at LS>LV highway and noticed an DFT exceeding the speedlimit. We called in our situation through the radio and went after the suspect. Once we pulled him over, we checked his record through the radio and gave him a ticket for exceeding the speedlimit.
After that we drove into Los Santos and performed a DUI check on a cabdriver. After a thoroughly car investigation, we ended up with nothing found. We had a small talk with the cab driver and the passengers and let them head on with their routine. With this intense patrol behind us, we called it a day and returned to SAI HQ.

Date, time and duration of activity: 03/10/2018, 50 minutes.
Activity type: State-wide patrol.
Details: The patrol started at SAI HQ, moving to Las Venturas and Los Santos areas.
On the highway from Los Santos to Las Venturas I followed a suspect who was driving in the opposite direction and reckless. After a chase, indicating the suspect to pull over, the suspect finally stopped and a small conversation followed. The trooper gave the suspect a warning for reckless driving and a ticket for driving in the opposite direction.
The trooper went on his way back to HQ, when he saw a suspect positioning his car in the middle of the road. The trooper convinced the suspect to pull over and discussed the situation. After a verbal warning and a notification the suspect could go back on his way.
Back on the highway, a delivery man was pulled over for a regular check. The trooper inspected his cargo, driving license and registration. Everything seemed to be alright and the delivery man could go back on his daily routine.
With this intense patrol behind us, the trooper returned to SAI HQ.

Later on, the patrol saw a car parked at the side of the road and pulled over to give them a helping hand. Once the partner asked the driver for his license and registration the driver accelerated off. The patrol went in the pursuit and brought the driver into custody in the end. At the end of our shift, we drove off to a local restaurant to get some food and went back to SAI HQ after that.

Date, time and duration of activity: October 16th, 2018 - 22:50 to 23:45
Activity type: Patrol
Details: I've started a lone patrol at almost 11 PM, going around Bone County. After several laps around the County area, I've spotted a vehicle speeding east of the highway, heading towards Las Venturas. I then turned my lights on, attempting to catch him and ask him to pullover. He was going way too fast, I couldn't keep up, so I turned my siren on and proceeded to pursue. He then got into the highway heading towards Los Santos. As he was approaching the penitentiary, he got into the wrong side of the road. He got out of his vehicle and started shooting at me, but I hid behind the engine to protect myself. As his mag went out, I incapacitated him with my taser and rushed towards him, then performing an arrest. My vehicle was too damaged, so I went to repair it and then continued the patrol. Nothing else happened, so after a while I went back to base and ended duty.

Activity type: State-wide patrol.
Details: The patrol started at SAI HQ, moving to Las Venturas and Los Santos areas.
On the highway from Los Santos to Las Venturas I followed a suspect who was exceeding the speedlimit. The car of the suspect also did not seem safe for driving, time to pull him over. The suspect did not react to any of the signs given to him to pull over, so the trooper started the chase. After a short chase, the suspect lost control of his car and rammed the frontside of the car in the boarding. The suspect attempted an escape, but did not succeeded. The trooper arrested the suspect and brought him to the station.
The trooper went on his way to a restaurant for a short break, when he saw a suspect positioning his car at the side of the road. The trooper pulled over next to the suspect and asked him what seems to be the problem. After a small conversation the trooper convinced him not to wait at the side of the road and gave him a verbal warning.
In the middle of the centre of Los Santos a suspect was driving reckless. The trooper signaled the man to pull over for a little chat. The driving license and registration was inspected of the suspect and a MDC check was performed on the vehicle. Everything seemed to be alright and the suspect got away with a warning.

Responsible SAI Teams involved: Foxtrot
Other involved people: N/A

Date, time and duration of activity: October 29th, 2018 - ~19:55 to ~20:30
Activity type: Patrol
Details: Started the patrol by myself as the callsign Lincoln 14. After a few minutes of patrol, I was heading back to Las Venturas from Bone County, when suddenly a dark-colored SUV came out of nowhere and struck me, then drove off as if nothing had happened. I then pursued it, attempting to pull them over, but the suspect did not comply. I then called for backup, and that's when Trooper Malcomson showed up, helping me stop the subject. We finally were able to stop him, but unfortunately Malcomson's vehicle got totaled. We called for a tow truck and he proceeded the patrol with me. We've patrolled mostly through Bone County and Red County areas, and a little bit of Las Venturas. No other incident was reported. I then left Malcomson at the department, as he needed to go off-duty, and proceeded the patrol for a few more minutes. Not seeing any kind of criminal activity on the highways, I then called off for the day and returned to base, going off-duty myself.

Date, time and duration of activity: 05/11/2018, 25 minutes.
Activity type: Highway patrol.
Details: The patrol started at SAI HQ, were both troopers entered a police rancher, moving to the highway of Las Venturas. There wasn't much traffic on the roads, it seemed rather calm. After a couple of minutes the patrol went on the move to Los Santos. The patrol almost entered the city of Los Santos when a motorcyclist passed by. The motorcyclist was driving reckless from side to side and didn't pay any attention towards other traffic participants. In this case the motorcyclist became a suspect of dangerous actions in traffic and the troopers decided to pull him over. The suspect did not pull over when we started our sirens, so we had to use the microphone to get them to the side of the road. After a quick MDC check on the vehicle and a verification on the identification a ticket was given for driving on the opposite lane and a verbal warning for driving reckless.
After that we drove into Los Santos and ended up with no further suspects. With this lack of traffic, we decided to called it a day and returned to SAI HQ.

Date, time and duration of activity: November 7th, 2018 - 01:36 to 04:30
Activity type: Patrol
Details: I had started a state-wide patrol by myself at around 1:30 AM. After quite some time deploying speedtraps on highways and driving around Bone and Red Counties, at around 3:40 AM, I came across a black Sultan driving pretty erratically. The driver was all over the road, going way above the legal limit, and almost flipped the vehicle at one point. So I went closer and lit my lights, asking him to pullover. The subject was not compliant, so I've started a pursuit at that point. A minute after, he was driving way too recklessly, so I deployed spike strips, hoping that it would stop him, but it did not. The pursuit went on for around 5 minutes, until he finally crashed and I was able to take him in custody. No one was harmed during the pursuit. After that I went back on patrol, but nothing else had happened.

Activity type: Statewide patrol.
Details:
The patrol started at SAI HQ, I drove off towards to highway between Las Venturas and Los Santos. Once I was driving on the highway a terrible accident happened, where one of the vehicles just drove off. I immediately responded through the radio. A-91 to Control, 10-50 One sided vehicle accident. Send Fire and EMS. Code 3! As I got no reaction from control, I inspected the situation myself and took care of the civilian. The civilian climbed out of his vehicle and walked towards me. I asked him if he was alright, he seemed to be in some sort of shock. I examined him and rushed him to the emergency post in Los Santos hospital. After that I went back on patrol and back to the highway. I quickly spotted a trucker who was driving in the wrong lane. I attempted to pull him over, but he gave no response. I chased him all the way towards the city centrum of Los Santos, at the end I arrested him and brought him to justice. After that fine active morning I went to a donut shop for some afternoon snacks and reported myself in with patrol for a 10-7.

The patrol started at SAI HQ, We drove off towards to highway between Las Venturas and Los Santos and set up a speedtrap. We followed a few suspects that were exceeding the speedlimit. By using the megaphone we tried to pull over some suspects for a little chat and some paperwork. Some suspect obeyed our orders to pull over and some other tried to lose us in a chase. We even pulled over a suspect twice for the same reason and confiscated his driver license. Furthermore, while we were chasing a suspect we went off road in to the woods, but in the end we put the suspect into custody. That was our last chase of the day and reported back at SAI HQ.

The patrol started at SAI HQ. From there we moved to LS-LV highway and followed a few suspects. In total we arrested 5 people. Furthermore, we also gave away a couple of tickets to suspects who liked to push their paddle to the metal. At the end of our patrol we pulled over a trucker who was transporting some heavy freight. We performed a DUI check on the vehicle/driver. We came till a conclusion that his driver license was outdated and needed to be renewed. With the transport documents was nothing wrong. That concluded the patrol for the day. I took my trainee trooper back to SAI HQ and let him patrol with another member of the department.

Date, time and duration of activity: 5th of January 2018, starting from 17:53 to 18:46 ( 53 minutes )
Activity type: SPTU Convoy
Details:
The temporary president, as a communism president of San Andreas, has been willing to give a thankful words to the state's squads and policing organizations for all of their amazing work in covering and spreading peace on San Andreas as they've been preventing most of the criminal and terroristical attacks and activities. The president has choosen to not only get protected by the government's secret sevice agents, but also by the "State Police Tactical Unit(s)".

Meanwhile the convoy, they faced some issues of papparazi drivers and such things like that. They always had to permission to prevent them to get close to the convoy trip by 15 feet from the last and the first vehicle leading. They S.P.T.U. units were always ready, they had a police enforcer behind the president's limo, an F.B.I. Rancher leading, two (2) classy police cruisers surrounding the convoy, and two (2) police bikes. They first moved to Los Santos through the highway, moving to National Narrotics Bureau headquarters, the area was successfully secured and under control by the S.S. Agents and S.P.T.U, therefore, there was no negative consequences threatening the president nor the agents, units.

After giving the right speech to N.N.B, the president looked as he'd want to go to the "Special Weapons And Tactics" headquarters, for their amazing job. Therefore, they moved to there from Los Santos to Las Venturas and from Las Venturas to San Fierro, they reached to the mentionned headquarters within a minimized period. The president was speaking with the S.W.A.T. Officers. Meanwhile, the S.P.T.U. and the S.S. Agents were perfectly covering and surroundering the area.

Unfortunately yet suddenly, while the convoy was leading to a neighbourhood on San Fierro North West, they faced some crazy drivers were they wanted to execute the president. However and hopefully, the SPTU reached to arrest and get red of all the harrassers. Therefore, the convoy was still driving there. Thus, after noticing some unusual criminal activity on San Fierro, the president was informed by the SPTU that all of them should get back to SAI Headquarters for the president's safety.

At the headquarters, the president was perfectly, gently and nicely welcomed by the "San Andreas Interceptors", where they were a bit talking about San Andreas security and how they would change and improve it. After that, the S.S. Agents took the president back to the White House, the rest is unknown...

Date, time and duration of activity: 09.01.2019 & About 20 minutes.
Activity type: Patrol.
Details: I picked him up from the SAI HQ and then we headed off towards Bone County but before we reached it a car crashed into us and we had to pull him over, luckily it was a light crash, none was injured. He started apologizing towards us but when my fellow partner asked for the suspect's documents, he started shouting and insulting us. My partner, Nicholas, told him that he is going to be under arrest for ignoring and not following our orders. He told us to wait and then said sorry again but when another citizen approached us out of no-where, he started running and even shot Nicholas in his right knee but luckily we tased him just in time and managed to arrest him, the suspect is now serving 6 years in the Los Santos Prison. Then we went to the hospital and fixed Nicholas up and we went patrolling again, rest of the patrol was pretty bland, we just drove around and we're trying to learn each other more.
Screenshots: I only got 2 Screenshots of my car, not necessary.

Other involved people: Nicholas_Feeride but he went AFK.
Date, time and duration of activity: 09.01.2019 & 40 minutes or over.
Activity type: Statewide patrol.
Details: I came back from my lunch break and it happened so that Nicholas was around the SAI HQ so he came there and we were ready to patrol. I started heading towards the Desert and it was pretty quiet, no traffic and it was nice. Until I saw a reckless fuel trucker who drove over the grass and not on the road. He pulled over as soon as I put on my sirens and I approached his Fuel Truck. It had Cuban Oil on it and I instantly knew that he is an Immigrant from Cuba. Luckily he was a pretty cheerful man and was worried about what he did wrong. He did not speak English that well and we had some trouble communicating but we eventually worked it out. He gave me his ID and Drivers License. While I was inspecting his documents, he lit a cigar near the Fuel Truck which I quickly grabbed and threw far away into the distance. I explained that we could all blow up in a moment if anything hot gets into the Fuel from your Cigar, it's not worth the risk. He worked along with me very well and I decided to just let him go without a ticket.
I reported back to the SAI HQ to work on some documents but before I got there a Black Super GT was in front of our gate which I approached and the driver was alive but not responding on purpose to ignore my commands so I just had to break the glass and eventually drag him out of the car. He is now doing Public Work for the City since he did not respond to my commands and he parked in front of our gate and on the pavement which is not allowed.

Details: Started off from the SAI HQ and moved on towards LS, it was pretty quiet since most of the citizens were still at work. Was about the afternoon. I was patrolling in our brand new Rancher and I was also testing it out, it was an amazing car. Eventually, I saw a biker driving on the wrong side of the road and I luckily managed to pull him over and requested back-up in-case he had firearms because you never know these bikers. Turned out that he was in an MC because eventually, his boys pulled up but I had back-up already there so everything was under control. Everything was valid but I gave him a ticket for driving on the wrong side of the road.
