  1. As SSB's Leader I approve this contract
  2. @ikzelf said in Arms Assassins: @blizzard Lmao no, why would you even think this is a good idea. Yes it is. I am an applicant, let people discuss about me and follow through with the process, mister HQ. Here let me help you on your way: https://saesrpg.uk/topic/16413/cripz-how-to-apply I clicked that link and it directed me towards this page Oh and also, if you are going to straight deny me, atleast make it clear because I couldn't take your answer seriously _()_/ not that it even matters much, I will be around you all since I got nothing better to do since I closed TT, maybe in a year I will get my invitation hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh @Ikzelf can't wait to hang with ya too when you get in-game kisses (apologize to AA HQs for posting here but this nigga has me blocked literally everywhere)
  3. Username: dopeblizz Age: 21 Country: Romania Languages spoken: English From 0 to 10, how would you rate your english proficiency? (?/10): They certified me as B2 when I finished High School, so i don't know where that fits in. How long have you been playing on SAES: Since 2013 In a quick and short summary, tell us who are Arms Assassins and their roleplay: Bunch of friends who kill cops and are arms dealers. Previous clans on the server (include the reasons for leaving): Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh this is a very long list so bear with me please. So it all started in 2013 yes, I came with UE from another server, then they kicked me out because I was in the countryside visiting my grandma and I could not connect. Came back home, decided not to re-join so as any normal emo-metalhead kid, I decided to join a MC (no it wasn't MMC because they were level 4 and scared me at the time :( ) So I joined RDMC who were level 2, then I left to join B~B with AfterLife. I stayed there like idk a few months then I told to myself I'd fit as a spy, so I left and joined MI-6 (the 2014 one ok), but then I saw that I was not a very good James Bond and decided that Mafia suits me better. Joined UE again in 2015 and went inactive for 2 years and when I came back (meanwhile I studied entrepreneurship in high school) so I decided to open a trucking company which of course fucking failed. Then I decided to join an MC again, it was one named WMC made by a guy Pain, which shortly died, rip. Then I saw TT and went on a wild ride until one day Groove offered me the leadership and I decided it would be a better idea to kill the gang. Then because a certain dutch person did not want me in, I had to expand my mental horizons and went through Z and O, which are good gangs but not what I want. And here we are. Previous bans on the server and reasons for them: I'm clean like a whiped and washed butt smeared all over with vanilla and chocolate shampoo smell. (If you could not understand this phrase, which I'm not blaming you for, I meant that I have never been banned). Name 3 Bankrob rules: I normally don't marker kill, avoid arrest, murder the robbing gang's crackers, idk i'm pretty chill. Imagine you're AA and you're helping another gang during a bankrob. What are some of the things you should absolutely NOT do?: Honestly man, I'm just running into the safe room and ducking under something while parasiting on the gang's money. I don't think I could do anything wrong (except ethically / morally) by doing that. Name 3 Turf rules: As much as I would want to, I can't arrest enemy turfers myself, I can't camp on unclimbable roofs and skyscrapers sniping the fuck out of people, and I can't toggle war to avoid being headshot (didn't even know this was a thing, I just read the turf war rules while completing this application, so thanks I guess lol) What is Roleplay?: Roleplay is when you try to act as a character. I for example, can roleplay as a female k-pop-star from a virtual band named K/DA if I would like to. Or I could roleplay as a symphatist of Mao Zedong. The possibilities are endless, it depends on what YOU want to do! (this sounds way more motivational than I intended it to). What is Deathmatching?: Normal gameplay that should be considered legal because it is fun to just kill each other constantly but well here we are. It's when you kill someone with no reason and then they report you and you get adminjailed. Someone DMs you. What do you do?: In all pure honesty, and with excuses towards the HQs reading this, I'm paying the dude 1000$ and pm-ing him "congrats". You're passing by one or several cops, who do not attempt to arrest you. What shall you do?: Man, if I know them, and they are my friends, I'd honestly stop to chat with them. It's a server where we all should be friends like in a communist utopia. It's not uncommon for me to speak with people in local chat in the server, be them cops or crims. Do you know anyone from the gang, or have made connections with anyone inside the gang, before you applied?: I know half, if not the entire (active) gang. Application text (tell us something about yourself or anything you want to try to convince us): Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I don't really like describing myself but I have friends in AA and I would like to play with them ( ) (papa blizz loves all his former TT members ^w^). I know Ikzelf does not want to communicate with me but I think we both are mature enough to drop the beef and be homosexuals with each other. And yes this is a 100% application I'm not even joking please take it serious.
  4. Honestly I'd argue it would also be a good idea to allow gang members to participate in BRs as cops, just like they are allowed for SR and JB, at the very least with a truly dead cop side it would make the BR scene far more competitive
  5. @brophy said in [CHANGE] BR Starting - Minimum Requirements: We could look into detecting cops/squads that take part in the BR rather than just the count too. I think if there are 30 cops online, but only 8 take part, payments to criminals (which you don't seem bothered about) would be high. As long as we are allowed to do the activity don't actually think any of us cares much about the money, maybe (the very few) new players. Perhaps at the bare 0 minimum it could be a payment something slightly bigger than your average SR pay (SR - 30k ; br for non-gang robbers 40k ; for gang members - 50k?). Though, I'd also take in consideration the possibility of the cops ditching intentionally the BR just so we'd have a lower payment (not that I'd care about, but it would be an overall dick move) - so maybe a 5 minute payment timer for the maximum number of cops in the bank? Like, let's assume 10 squad members enter the bank and the maximum payout is set at X variant, if all 10 squad member suddenly decide not to participate anymore, the payment would stay the same for the following 5 minutes - after 5 minutes it decreases to then maximum number of cops and the payment gets reset.
  6. Seems totally fair to be honest, gangs get to host their activities no matter what, and cops get a payment morale boost to actually take part in BRs. Personally, I could not give less of a shit about money, I have around 160-170m sitting in my bank account which I can't do shit
  7. @spetnazz said in [CHANGE] BR Rules: I recall making a post a year ago about people acting like this is real life, or 100 % RP. This post is a pretty accurate description of what I meant. This is not Brazil, you're not in the favela preventing the local monkeys from doing their third robbery of the week. It's SAES, dynamic gameplay is what keeps the server going. you are expecting a bit too much logic out of a primate, soon he will demand a salary from Brophy for defending the in-game activities 24/7 from people who are trying to have atleast 1% fun in this videogame.
  8. @silikondy said in [CHANGE] BR Rules: big no lol, imagine BRing with 3 cops vs 40 defender. that would be cancer It is not our fault squads can't attract people to their side.
  9. ^[] ^["Even in the afterlife, the sword and the heart must be one."] ^['Raise demo, ken to kokoro wa ittaidenakereba narimasen.'] ^[****] As the legend says, our clan has been founded during the Edo period, when four skilled warriors swore allegiance to the Daimyo. Impressed by the swiftness the four handled their blades with, he decided to take them in as his personal bodyguards and named them the Yreis (which is the japanese word for "Ghost"). We do not serve any feudal lord nowdays, but our loyalty and pride remains the same towards ~[Japan]~(#d2042d), and our ~[blade]~(#d2042d) handleing hasn't changed a bit. Yrei Clan is an ancient and distinguished noble clan from Japan. We take pride within our seal and bare the flag of Japan on our backs. Our interests align with Japan. Our mission is to promote the japanese culture within San Andreas. We plan to do this through a variety of ways. 1. Import / Export: The Clan holds around 40% in shares of the biggest automotive companies from Japan. Our objective is to help develop further the japanese domestic market scene within San Andreas. Though, cars are not only our single focus, many japanese exported products such as frozen sushi and ramen consist a priority into making sure they get promoted and delivered to their destinations correctly. 2. Holding social gatherings: Being a wealthy and known Clan within our borders, it is only natural for us to want to expand our image abroad. We plan on hosting exclusivist parties where only the most important people will be able to acces, but also host more open public events for the citizens of San Andreas to enjoy such as JDM car meetings and planned cruises. Swordsmanship trainings and tournaments: We are prideful warriors, witholding the souls of our samurai ancestors. It is only natural for us to want to expand our knowledge of bladesmanship to the general public. The more skilled fighters may compete against each other, proving who is a true samurai at heart. The Clan is divided into four distinct social classes, or as we call them "rings". Each Clan member is part of a ring, which grants more or less respect, power and control. The four rings are the following: ~[The Outer Ghost Ring:]~(#16d1d1) This is the lowest social class within the clan, it mostly consists of clansmen who've been devoted enough to be given the chance to wear the seal. They are expected to show respect and listen to the clansmen of the higher social classes. ~[The Inner Ghost Ring:]~(#d2042d) This ring is considered to be the middle class of our Clan. Most of it's members have proven their worthy to be given a chance at "full membership" as they say. They do not really pose any decision taking, though they command respect within the Clan and outside of it. ~[The Sublime Spirit Ring:]~(#575757) The upper class of the Clan. Consists mostly of lieutenants that enforce the orders of the Phantom Nobility. They act as the "police force" within the Clan and most of the times they are the ones to deal with the problems. ~[The Phantom Nobility Ring:]~(#010101) The Leaders of the Clan. They command law and order within and they are the ones taking the decisions. 10. Hello everyone, We'd like to notice all of you about the decision to end Tuga Thugs' presence in the server. It's been nearly 10 years, which is far more than enough for us to carry a gang in a MTA server, giving how life gets busier as you grow older. Though, that does not mean we are "dead". We will continue to carry on the slugs spirit through 2 gaming communities, and we will make sure to celebrate our 10th anniversary (perhaps with Tritosh doing a karaoke). The following discords are: Tuga Thugs Chimp Resort - Ran by me & Groove (might change our name into The Chimp Resort as to avoid confusions, but the people are the same, mostly TTs of the new generation). Tuga Thugs Community - Originally created by Zwolle, owned by TbdS now, where you can mostly find older TTs. Join whichever you want, or both. There will also be events to celebrate the gang's metamorphosis or whatever the fuck it's called I don't know I haven't studied Biology in years ; ran by former Tuga Thugs HQs. And last but not least, we'd like to thank everyone who's been a part of this gang and helped make history with us in this server. That's all, thanks for your attention.

  13. @rykila said in Summer Event Milestones #1: Dont tag me hater im in aa now WOW so you coup our most dedicated ottoman member and make him get kicked out of the gang make the gang unstable and dead by promoting a boycott of SAES Activities and then you decide to bail to AA Without even turfing a single zone so we can get points and prove everyone we're the goodest bois and most active ones?!! This is the reason things are as they are, and why empires such as Rome collapsed
  14. @kain said in Summer Event Milestones #1: pretty shameful for a level 5 gang to not have a single point  I blame @Marso @Spetnazz and @rykila for doing a coup against Zwolle If he was still around he would have saved us from this shameful situation
  15. Such a smart and innovative idea that will sure benefit the players and should be implemented as soon as possible I know that at 14 year old, hormone overload makes your imagination go boom, but maybe you should start jerking off a bit more so your brain will stop producing these kind of ideas
  16. 17. SAES GMs when they notice you have 2 members less under the requirements
  18. I am going to leave my thoughts on here too. For me personally it has nothing to do with the gameplay of it, as I personally think I'm better at the cop job than criminal one and I personally prefer the law aspect more than the criminal one. Years ago I tried joining SWAT but my application was not answered and that turned me around back into the criminal side, from where things led to another and I had built a "reputation" to say the least, and some positions which I do not want to leave. I was part of a squad (MI-6) for a brief period of time in 2015 and I did not like how it felt to be 100% tied to the job, and how most of the criminals saw me as an iminent threat when I was just minding my business, like driving around or just sitting at LVX. When you are a criminal you have a feeling that you can relax. I would love to be part of a Squad-like system, I even spoke with @Daryl that I would like to open a squad-like private military company, but the discussion ended with no results. What I'm going to say next, I think a lot of people will be on the same point with me. It's not that we would not like to be in a squad, or a similar cop like structure with gameplay orientation. It's just that most of us have something on this side already that we can't afford to leave, either a group, HQ position or even a gang.
  19. Thanks for the clarifications, I appreciate it @Cheess
  20. Year: 2017 MAL Score: Personal Score: 7.5/10 Synopsis: A young girl with a gambling addiction wrecks havock through Hyakkou Private Academy, where the students face each other through totally legal gambling matches. Personal Review: At first I wasn't so excited to say so about the series, as one of my friends recommended it to me countless of times saying that I will enjoy it, and for quite a bit I avoided it like the plague (mostly because I was looking more into the romantic genre of anime at the time), but then one day I decided to give it a try. The story starts with the presentation of Hyakkou Private Academy, where all students gamble to assert dominance. The characters themselves quite remind me of SAES's players, where everyone smiles to one another and looks for the nearest chance to do a backstabbing. The main disturbance element of the series is Yumeko Jabami, a girl with a compulsive gambling addiction and talent, that pretty much rapes everyone in the Academy. The story itself lacks an interesting plot (for now atleast) as it solely focuses on Yumeko's rampage throughout the high school. The art style too, does not have something interesting and it's mostly the common one you find in a lot of generic animes. Where this series shines more, is in it's soundtrack, that's well made and techno-ish and adds to the gambling suspense. Overall, I give this series a 7.5/10, as long as you watch it to waste time and don't have Godly expectations like the gamers had on Cyberpunk 2077, you could probably enjoy this series. ~[This review is approved by the hentai! 22. Konichiwa, your favourite weeb here As I've returned from my lair a few days ago, I've noticed something regarding my donation reward being obliterated from me. I tried asking around what happened, some SAES HQs including Kain and Nanobob did not precisely care, while Terry and ILLUSION offered me some explanations. But after digging around a bit on my own, I'm still left confused on this entire scenario and I would heavily appreciate that you, @Brophy could bring me some clarifications. Let's start with the beggining. On the date of 5th October, Mellow donated 2$, 1 of which was on my behalf so I could access the Donator Forum Group (As it is what I can get as explained on this topic) For almost a month, no one bat an eye and prior to a few days before 22 October (if I recall correctly) I took a break from SAES, not checking the forums until a few days ago, where Tut Greco explains why my donation reward was removed. Fair point and understandable, even though I've dug around all Donation section to find out where this policy change took place (spoiler: it says nowhere about donations on behalf / that or I am a blind fuck) but what took my attention was this topic made by Terry on 16th November, almost a month after my donation removal. And the thing that interested me the most out of that topic was this, as I quote: "You give someone in-game money --> He donates real money to SAES on your behalf = OK" I personally did not pay Mellow anything to donate me that 1$, as he did it out of his pure angelic consciousness. My questions are the following: How do you precisely donate on someone's behalf? From what I understood, I should have given Mellow my forum account to do the donation for me. But why would you even consider that an ok thing to do, when as far as I'm concerned giving your in-game account to someone else is not allowed. I personally, would not give my account to anyone be it forum or in-game (no offence for Mellow, we are hipothetically speaking) as the dude could claim to want to do something good and later on after I offer access, hijack the account (yet again not precisely pointing at Mellow, just hipotethically speaking). If donations on the behalf are allowed, why could I not find any suitable topic informations on it? What donation rewards could be considered suitable for a "donation on behalf"? Does it stick only to in-game vehichles or certain accesses? Because if I recall correctly, back when you could donate for the Vice City BETA Access, it was common for others do donate so other people would get beta access. Yet again, I don't dodge the possibility that i'm just a blind fuck and in that case it would be lovely to be pointed towards some information points. What happens to the supposed dollar that was offered by Mellow on my name? Could I make a donation change or something like that using the said TXN ID so you can keep track of it? Or is that 1$ lost in the oblivion? Arigato for wasting time to read my 1$ thesis, hopefully this topic will serve as an attention for future similar cases, I will be waiting for an explanation @Brophy :face_with_tongue: Edit: Forgot to add Mellow's topic that proves the donation on my behalf, here
