Agree, it should be limited. This is what vehicles are for, to drive, not catching the dust. And as someone mentioned above, asslickers and all other creatures jump on your car roof after the SR or any criminal activity, so you feel like a overcrowded Indian train and it is distracting your view to road, even if you don't want them to be there. Simply spawn a 2/4 door car and let only your friends in it.

@Chief Use your tactics then, it's not really a rocket science since it's a slow vehicle aswell, with the maximum speed about 90-100 km/h.

Shoot it, takes demage like every other vehicle, so don't say it's impossible. Problem solved.
