    This is not true, the spawn has been implented before kill arrest was a thing at the condition you wouldn't be able to arrest with it.



    Pretty much this, also the exact reason why you don't spawn with nightstick/taser.


    Kill arrest has overlooked your unique situation but nobody bothered to fix the mistake once it got known.


  2. Gently reminder that it isn't only bankrobs. People respawning 2m away from a SR, people spawning next to you in turf wars. Problem is not them spawning but the rate of them re spawning. Less then 2 seconds is now possible and is stupid anyway you look at it.


    FYI: Don't be a dick and let people have there own opinion, no need to force a vote when a leader of a squad/gang. You know who you are.


  3. Fuck yes its already utterly stupid that HLS and DE can respond to CLO's while we are just like any other spawn in 90% of the situations. Jailbreaking where we don't even respawn with armour, SR's where everything is toggled off.


    Edit: Atleast this gives the other special groups an excuse to attend instead of being there for the sake of CLO being there with there utterly OP kill arrest and house spawns.

    As temperatures are dropping the demand of firewood goes up. And that's exactly what was requested when I got a call from my friends at AA. I loaded up my truck with illegally cut wood and drove straight to San Fierro's most beautiful ship.


    Once I arrived I showed the shipping order to [AA]Ikzelf and he let me in. The combination was so long that it barely fit on their elevator but we managed to get it up. After I unloaded it I got taken deep into the ship where I eventually ended up getting paid.

  5. Some bases are sadly designed to have a mixture of both. I totally agree with the initial point that locking away interiors is awful but to remove the restriction fully is meh. I would much rather see some gangs/squad take a look at there bases on which interiors need to be locked and which do not. The interiors which are already behind a gate don't need to be locked since you have a gate so people can't enter without anyone opening it. Tho some valid use cases are interiors which are publicly accessible and where an alternate route exists inside (E.g. the warp next to the garage at AA base)


    At the end I think this should mostly be a message from GM to encourage people uploading new bases to design there bases to be accessible and not fully closed off with locked interiors.


    Or able to lock/unlock interiors in game but that would require a lot more work.

    • More alive server by just looking at the map (Good for new players which we are lacking off)

    • More interaction with players as you can actively find people (Good for RP which we are lacking off)

    • Sneaking issue can be solved with gadgets (E.g. blip jammer or something where u can toggle it for 10 seconds with a cooldown afterwards)


    FYI: Rampage posted the old old blips which showed every blip also on the mini map. It should show only the blips in your proximity on the mini map so your mini map wont be clutered

    Isn't MTA going to allow servers to use IDs that aren't used by GTA:SA? I don't know exactly how it works, but I'm pretty sure this could be a thing after 1.5.7 officially releases (scratch that, I forgot we're in 1.5.7 already).

    Apart from the fact that people would have to download more stuff, it shouldn't interfere with anything...
