  1. About the "PC VERY RESTRICT" ( from @StarWars), I don't think it's needed. PC HQ could just add the people they think would fit in there. There are a bunch of groups / squads / gangs with more than one spawn and not all members can use every spawn. At @Crash, I know I mention HLS and didn't say anything else related to it. I also know why I did that. Nevertheless, I like the spying / intelligence part of it, I really do. But using HLS spawn to patrol like normal squad members or even trainees is non-sense, at least at my eyes. HLS should only work to gather intel and pass it to squads / PC so they can do the arrests. Also, having HLS raiding gang's base would be cool. Again, I just don't agree with the "cop side" of it. Going back one step into the meaning of the topic. I think GMs should look at the group's activities but also to the overall HQ Team of it. What I mean is, you can't expect an active group if the HQ Team is inactive, and let's face it, people tend to keep themselves as 'HQ' even if they barely play (no matter the reason). But hey, that would be a shit storm.

  3. I ain't no GM but I'm pretty sure that they removed some groups due to them being inactive / useless. Of course, it takes a bit longer to GMs to remove them since groups are secondary to the gameplay, in my view at least. I do agree on the point on only relevant groups should get more than a forum group or a small roleplay-wise base. I also agree with @Human_. People only show interest if they can get something to show off. There are groups that are straight second squads for some people. Talking about SAI and HLS. I ain't saying that they should get deleted but move SAI to be a sub-group for PC wouldn't hurt, in my opinion. Talking about PC, PC group is a vital part of SAES since SAES means SA Emergency Services (or Extravagant Swines, not that sure), so having doubts about the PC role in the server, coming even from a clan member itself, is something I can not understand. Now talking like someone that likes to have his dirty asshole licked by wannabes, I would like to you, @Predator, to go straight to the point and call out the groups you think / know that do what you accuse them off.

  10. @worm's idea is good. Squads could raid a gang's base for intel, so they could make a case against them and get paid by the gov at the end. Gangs 'attacking' squads base is quite pointless, unless you implement something that was requested a while back, a small jail for high wanted criminals in the squad's HQ. Robbing a company or better yet, THE company it's quite alright. Civilian are on the hands of criminals and officers. That's my two cents on this little idea.

Also, some players, I don't know why seems to think that Impounders are a higher rank than Mecanicos. That's wrong. The only difference between them is that Impounders are usually older than Mecanicos and have to go past some stages to get it. Quando tentas entrar no servidor aparece que ts banido, certo? Agora quem que te deu ban? E por qual razo? Na mensagem onde diz que estas banido deve aparecer "by:" e "reason:". O "by" quem de baniu e a "reason" o porqu do ban. Achas que consegues trazer essa informao para aqui?

  21. I'm going to fully state here that I don't agree on having the kill-arrest thing on the bank robs. Cops already kill there and it's almost impossible to get back to it since you either end up jailed, right after entering the bank or killed trying to get past the defense. Now you'll have: First criminals in the bank defending from the corridors > When cops arrive, half of them will try to get kills on the corridors while the other half will just camp on the 2nd room waiting for crims to come and spraying them right into jail. About the staffs, fock them. About the vehicles mods fix the damn Club's handling. It's a pain in the ass driving that car, which is a shame since the mod is quite good. About the Katla project, it's a shame. That could have been a new chapter on SAES history. But hey, it wouldn't be SAES if the '2.0 version' didn't end up down the tubes. No clue on what happened there but it's really a shame.
