Sometimes those are indeed, but if you guys manage to foresee and fix all potential problems, this will be more important than any of the other changes being discussed

Ive seen like 6. I can recall the last one I have seen. Most of official squad members were in game, not even afk, but It was clear that they didn't even want to try to join the free-for-all fight. So I agree with the guy above. Those occur quite often these days but 4 cops coming there 1 by 1 have got no chance against 20 criminals protecting each other. You can manage to arrest one but till you get another, the guy you had arrested gets released. 

This is as old as the hills that squad members beg for being armored due to lack of active members on, but I dont really agree this is a good sollution. I've heard someone asking for grenades to be disabled at all, I dont know If that is possible, but grenades disabled in turf zones would probably level the playing field.

This economy reset is a serious step, many gameplay aspects have to be taken into consideration. There's always something to be missed and so broken once the wipe is done. Event hosting situation is what comes to my mind at first. What would It be like when players would rather spend money on vehicles, properties, anything that they have lost instead of hosting events? There's a risk of those being suspended indefinitely. Imagive how many things there may be that we are forgetting about.

I don't agree that many players would abandon MTA once GTA V server is open as It was mentioned above. People struggled to achieve their ambitions spending years on getting into DE, CLO or any other group, they didn't make this whole way to quit at their earliest convenience. But what really bothers me is that we can only speculate on what SAES activity is going to be like once both CS and DE recruitments are over. This could be used an an opportunity provided we manage to retain the current SAES activity with events, new scripts and that sort of things. But what if the activity drops back to 20 players a day, would that even be worth trying? The vast majority of inactive players would probably leave the server right after their bank accounts have been wiped. Some would come back farming cash buying every decent prop on their way. I'd say people here are more interested in joining organizations rather than making money. Money is what they need to create their own organizations (when we talk about big money). So as for me I don't find this economy reset a good idea for now. I really like It but It's risky. On the other hand we're now experiencing something similar to what It was like back in 2021 when there were 20 criminals per one cop. It's just not possible to stop a BR like that so criminal side gets richer while cops get poorer. I left criminal side long ago and now I can't even conceive of that much money some were discussing above. They can also get a lot of those turf wars as crank has already said so there should be any solution to balance the sides. But once again this all makes sense only If we can keep the activity, except the last part.

Your strengths: I'm always around, should one need help, not just because of activity, although I've been quite active recently but because I'm exceedingly engrossed in sorting things out. I can't explain my passion for dealing with those situations but I'm sure I'd be correct in assuming that I spend a big deal of my gaming time helping the others. I'm fanatical about that sort of things.
Your weaknesses: I wouldn't really say I have some regarding this position, but nobody is perfect so I wouldn't assume the burden to claim I am. There's always a defect but doesn't that make us unique?

Reason for application: For the past couple of years I've had lots of opportunities to try my hand at dealing with. I've seen many players either new or not who were rulebreaking or seeking for help in chat which I couldn't just pass by. Usually that occurs when there isn't an admin around. The last time I can recall took place 5 days ago when a guy who resumed after a one-year-inactivity discovered that he was stuck in jail with no timer. Even though I've never had access to the spawn I'm trying to be useful as I thoroughly enjoy what you guys do.

Unique qualities you can offer: I've been playing SAES for quite a while and I know It inside and out. I can also speak three languages which would stand me in good stead for this position. I have a lot of free time and It doesn't seem to be going to change in the near future. The war doesn't also affect me that much anymore so I can always stay around to assist. I'm fully convinced I can handle the position.

Additional information: Weighing up the pros and cons you may remember that in the very beginning of the war I wasn't acting in the most decent way treating some Russian players in the way I shouldn't have. This is of course inappropriate, and It's what I'd like to appologize for, to those first of all, who I may have offended. I could try to account for that by the loss of two close friends murdered by the opposite side, but that isn't probably a good excuse. I cannot change the past but I can affect the future. How long you have been playing SAES: I've been playing saes since summer 2016
Qualities you can offer: I wish I could say I am an active player now but that is only half-truth. Actually I don't wanna cry about my current condition, you know It well. Still I'm active on discord and involved in any duty can be made via that. There are a few more things I'd like to add. I am an old SAES player, I've learned an awful lot about the server. Of course I don't know everything and there is always something new to discover. However my SAES career speaks louder than any words. I've been playing both criminal and cop sides. Spent more than 3 years actively playing on each. I know how things work for both of them. More to this I was leading an official group, so I know what reputation stands for. I had a good experience dealing with mappings, base-scripting and the other things which could prove useful for this position. I can offer loyalty, respect and the result you are expecting from decent members. I've dealt with SAHA many times for different reasons and I think I know enough to fill the bill all around. In addition I'd like to promise good activity in game, I am restricted now but 4 hours a day should be affordable for me until the war ends.
Your weaknesses:As for the weaknesses, I don't know many which have to do anything with the position I am applying for but there's just one paramount. There is always something you don't know and have to learn along the way. I don't claim to know everything so accidents may happen while being new. On the other hand I have had to sort a lot of troubles on my way so that would not be such a problem.
