Do you think cop side is op more than crim side ? when we open the tab and we see like 45 gangs and 30 criminals online and they do BR's, How can cops stop them at br without kill arrest ?? criminals are always crying and crying about cop side while their side is more op, if you say that 1 hit with nightstick is op then what do you say about a grenade ? When a crim throws a grenade on me and only 3 shot M4 or 1 shot CS, That's not op ? and if you will talk about HLS at BR with armor, Don't you see CLO comes whenever they wants to BR with their armor ? Without kill arresting it will be impossible to stop jb or br as it's the only way to stop it, Without kill arrest we can't stop JB because criminals will be camping their spots with aiming at us so we have to run to arrest them as @Vennelle says so it's unfair 100% to remove kill arrest, I vote for no.

To make sense of the cop spray can it's just to anesthetize the criminals

Well, My suggestion is about Cops Spray can, As I see this Spray can is 90% useless as cops only uses it in JBs to anesthetize the criminals and then arrest them, I think I got a idea to make it more useful, What if the cops can use spray can on gangs spray at turfs for example ? like I use my spray can to remove the gang spray at turf, and if I removed it the progress dealt by this spray will get removed again and the one who sprayed this has to respray again to make the progress again, This screenshot is a example And then, if that happened people will use this spray can again and that will make a sense that cops can remove gangs spray with their spray can Thanks for reading.
