dont know why it's happening, marker issue looks like it's gotten replaced by an opaque texture or a dxt1 compressed image. the other bit seems strange, i suggest you add 1 mod at a time and basically trial and error until you find the corrupting mod

no. arresting someone should be done by teamwork and thus there's no such thing as steal-arrest. let people be salty if they get in such situations.

Next time please ask for a trusted member of the community to stay as middle man between you and your opponent, i suggest either a G6, LWS or SAHA. im also around most of time. we do not deal with scams, its your own responsibility to get a middle man to play safe. any money lost in these types of scams will not be refunded by SAES.

allow cops to throw grenades into SR marker. how about that! i do agree with the suggestion. i guess it was initially implemented to prevent teamkilling but radius extended excessively
