The current system is just fine, gang members seeing their member's blips, squads can see every squad member blips, all cool if you need to see someone's blip simply invite him to a party.

Yes, but changing that would make the BR payment low, average criminals are attending to SRs and BRs for the money and from the current BR script, starting one will give you around 5k from each safe (depending on the current players count). It's just a matter of time until the average count becomes 20, that's if no updates were made...
