Right, you have received your answers. We cannot fix a player's ping and those found to be making it higher on purpose get banned. Simple as that.

Regardless of where you shoot, a player's PING not something we can fix.

@kajobecha2 you've been given your answers regarding this. It's probably easier to shoot in front of the direction he is walking/running, as he would have moved in that direction before YOUR client has received the update on his position. I don't see how this topic can go any further.

Regardless of how the weapons 'act', you cannot fix the ping of players playing over great distances. The server also has 'bullet_sync' turned on, but again requires more bandwidth. Regardless of what you do to the weapons, if the 'ping' is stopping you from acquiring a 'hit', it will happen regardless of range or speed of the weapon. The weapons act the same on all people, so if you hit 'stunned' by a sniper or shotgun blast, it's also gonna happen for everyone else. Again, there is nothing we can do about people lagging. Play smarter, not harder. We have two pages of this topic and the only person complaining about it is you.

That page has been broken for over 12 months due to security updates we made to the db, we are working on an in-game replacement for it but that page will not be coming back.
