Regardless of how the weapons 'act', you cannot fix the ping of players playing over great distances. The server also has 'bullet_sync' turned on, but again requires more bandwidth. Regardless of what you do to the weapons, if the 'ping' is stopping you from acquiring a 'hit', it will happen regardless of range or speed of the weapon. The weapons act the same on all people, so if you hit 'stunned' by a sniper or shotgun blast, it's also gonna happen for everyone else. Again, there is nothing we can do about people lagging.
