What are the rules for the Dog spawn?:

- You must have someone else as handler in order to use this spawn;

 - While spawned as a Dog, you should act like one, this means you can't talk (unless it's in private chats such as cc or party) nor do actions a dog normally shouldn't be doing like driving.

- You can't arrest while spawned as Dog.

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4: When you start a pursuit you must offer the chance for the criminal to surrender first before you go for the arrest, you should prioritize the use of binds.
Rule number 5: While chasing someone, and after using binds for them to surrender, make sure you give enough time for them to read the chat and take a decision.
Rule number 7: While you're on the first 2 weeks after being a PC, you should use |PC* tag in front of your name in order to be easily identified.
Rule number 9: Ask to join the PC group on forums once you've been accepted in order for you to be easily identified/tracked as a actual Pro Cop member.
