Describe SAM in your own words: (Not less than 30 words) SAM is a dedicated team of medics. SAM responds to every incident on the server. SAM helps everyone in every medical need whoever who they. SAM brings roleplay to the server in a specific way.


Why was SAM founded? SAM was founded to take the fight to death, SAM was founded to make San Andreas a place where no one dies because lack of medical treatment. SAM was founded to provide medical treatment and help everyone in case of an accident or any other reason that causes damage to a person health.


What is the SAM motto? Always there when you need us most.


Who founded SAM? Sam was founded by
Joe Valachi who was:a visionary healthcare entrepreneur, and a philanthropist.
Section B: Theory:
1 - A major earthquake has occurred in metropolitan Los Santos and there are many casualties. You're based in Blueberry and must respond to a barrage of emergency distress calls as a result of the earthquake. Describe your method of response to this situation and be sure to include how you would interact with your fellow medics and which equipment & vehicles you would use.


Answer: As a result of the earthquake roads wouldnt be the best place to drive with my ambulance and it could result in falling objects. Contacting another member to get me from Blueberry to Los Santos with a plane or an helicopter would be the best choice. As as I get there I will check for victims, first of all I would check for victims that may have fell from a a place. I would check if the victim has broken bones, and if the victim has I would secure the part of the victim with broken bone and make sure there are no sudden moves. If bone is not secured within 5 minutes before injury, I have to get the victim for a surgery. If there are no broken bones from fall I would stop the bleeding from open wounds with gauze, and put bandages to prevent any infection. If the victim has fell with the head, I would check if the skulls is cracked and secure it and stop any bleeding. Also victims may be stuck inside buildings or cars so I have to contact the firefighter team and get the victims out and transport them to hospital.


2- Multiple officers have been shot while responding to an armed bank robbery. You have been called to assist in the rescue operation. Describe how you would respond.


Answer: First of all I would check the officers and where they have been shoot. I would try to stop the bleeding. I wont remove the bullet at the scene because it can be very dangerous and the victim may get infected. After I have stopped bleeding I will transport them to hospital and make sure there is enough blood because in most of the cases victims need blood transfusion.


3- Multiple people have been stabbed and burned by several terrorists at a train station and you 're the first medic to arrive on scene. The wounds are of varying severity. What would you do? I.e. How would you treat the wounds?


Answer: First of all I would see I would try to clean the wound and stop bleeding. But I have to clean it carefully because it can be infected. If the wound is big I have to sew the wound. If there are cases of burns the only thing I could do at the moment is to throw cold water and put ice at them, but I have to make sure the wound and water is clean so it wont get infected. Then as fast as possible I would transport them at the hospital, where the victims will be treated with medicine, and another way to treat burned areas is to treat them with a special fish skin that helps the burned area to recover and get enough proteins.


Section C : Aptitudes:
1.How would you respond to criticism by a superior? I would respond a criticism by a superior by listening at every word they say, and try to not repeat what I have done wrong again. I would be thankful that I get a chance to learn and improve myself. I would learn by what I have done and try to do it better next time.


2.Why exactly are you applying today? There is not a special reason why I am applying today, I feel like I am ready today. I want a new "adventure" and today for me its the great chance to go for it and try as hard as you could.


3.What are your strengths and weaknesses? My strengths are that I am loyal, mature, able to work, teamwork, I want to help everyone no matter in what situation even if it is dangerous I prefer " guts over fear" than to stay there and do nothing. My weaknesses I would say that I have low fps and I am not the best pilot down there, plus I am not very good at parachuting.


4.Why should we accept you to our team? I wont say that I am the best candidate out there, but I am able to try or do everything when I am needed. I act in maturity. I am an experienced player and I have a lot of experience in roleplaying, I would like to help anyone and I have knowledge that is requested to do it.
