[FEATURE] New island

Hi Guys,

I've recently come across a map which could be easily added to our server, in which we could add new SR/BRs, properties, and spawns

It's made using existing objects already in the game and the map size is only 34kB, so should not impact performance.

This map offers the following:

- Airport
- Beaches
- Bridges
- Construction Area
- Dock
- Factories
- Fire Department
- Forested Area
- Gas Station
- Hospital
- Parking Lots
- Police Station
- Restaurants
- Ships
- Shopping Area
- Skyscrapers
- Small Mountain
- Stunt Objects
- Suburban Area
- Traffic Lights, Lampposts
- Warehouses

Sounds great. You could also add more turf zones.

Would be very cool. Aslong the render distance is raised in this specific area! For vehicles and such to not dropp of the island when u go into a bank/store rob etc etc

Hello, as always all the screenshoots and progress tracking goes on discord, yet I guess we may already update our original list.

With the creation of the gas station and the financial district, to include the bank, we are pretty much at the edge of the functional island. 

No much more now to have a finished version of the mapping. Then polishing and preparing the island for the fun should come.

Yea sounds great , Actually not only more Turf Zones , it can be banks/store robberies maybe one more casino, new spawns for ciliv the map is gonna be bigger tho.

Increase allows BRs per day to 3 and make sure it doesn't ravage fps

Make the island interesting, it should have some privileges otherwise it would be dead like whetstone.
I believe if you invest more in abandoned counties instead of big cities it will be a game changer.

Hello, just to keep up with the latest information on topic. I have dropped some of my ideas at discord. I am not a scripter or anything so I cannot promise anything of the below but I would like to share my ideas of what I think could be cool to have in the island. Feel free to give your opinion. 

• Release a first version of the island as soon as possible to test it, once we spot what is missing or needs fixing we release updated versions.
• Placement of 2 SR locations and maybe 1 HR location.
• Creation of a bank which can be robbed, enabling another BR location.
• Use the big club building for a new heist; club robbery or use the existing casino robbery script.
• Enable special trucking loads, with aditional payment due to the moderate complexity of the roads. Together with this, enable truckers to load fuel at the refinery.
• Place property icons to the buildings in order to increase properties available to the community.
• Leaving special areas empty, which can later be used by gangs/squads/groups to place bases there as GM sees fit.
• Give access to hospital to SAM/paramedic spawn.
• Create and give access to fire department to firefighters/SAFD.
• Allow general police spawns in the PD + naval police.
• Election of a major who can make small changes in the island? (decorations, new buildings..)
• Provide aerodrome with repair and fueling marker.
• Build a gas station (this is on me)
• Extend the war script DE/CLO and add a zone in the island.
• Extend the turf war script with 1 or 2 zones in the island.
• Alternative jail if jailed in the island? This looks like a huge scripting work, idk

Lemme know what you think, and feel free to give your own opinions too.
