Full backstory:

~[M]~(navy)y name is David Webb, colleagues usually refer to me as 'Webb'. I was born on the 13th of September 1980 in Flint County on our farm. I come from a poor but kind-hearted family. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister. Throughout the school, I was always a troublemaker, never went to class and created a lot of problems for my family. Growing up, I've always worked hard for my family and helped around the farm.

~[O]~(navy)n my 19th birthday, my father told me we had a special guest coming over. It was my uncle Sigma from Los Santos. He worked for the Sheriff's Department in Bone County, as a present he gave me his work's hat and an envelope. Upon opening the envelope and proceeding to read it, I've realized he had signed me up for the Police Department's Academy. After spending around two and a half years in it, I've been finally given a chance to become a police officer. During the time I've worked as a police officer, I've been to several special operations which I'm not allowed to discuss. I've had a lot of threats coming my way recently and that is the main reason why I quit my last job, as it was no longer what it used to be.

Patrol details: Upon exiting the Police Department, I've received a call about a person walking on the highway. I've entered the police patrol vehicle and immediately drove there, then escorted the person home safely. Shortly after, I've received another call from State trooper Nicholas who was in a pursuit of a reckless driver. We've managed to successfully arrest the suspect without him endangering the citizens. We then continued the patrol around Los Santos without any major problems on the road.

Patrol details: During the statewide patrol, I've received a call from a wanted person wanting to turn in. He told me he was at the Los Santos PD. I immediately drove there, escorted him to the jail, filled out the paperwork and handed him over to the prison wardens. Besides that, the streets were quite clean today.

Type of Activity: Statewide patrol.

Patrol details: Another successful patrol. Pulled over a drunk, speeding driver and removed him off the streets. We've also come across a loud, illegal exhaust modification and seized the vehicle. Next up was a mechanic who came up to us to repair our vehicle. As he was acting suspiciously, I have asked him for his ID. Upon searching his name in the police database, it turned out he had an arrest warrant issued by the Las Venturas PD for multiple thefts. Arrested then escorted the suspect to SAI's headquarters, where he'll be handed over to LVPD in the next few upcoming days.

Date, time and duration of Activity: 9/2/2022 18:40 GMT, around an hour.

Type of Activity: Roadblock.

Patrol details: We have established a roadblock on the LS-LV highway and shortly after doing so, we have witnessed a vehicle crashing into a tree. The area was secured and the person was immediately escorted to the nearest hospital due to them not being able to breathe properly. Upon arriving, we have helped him exit the vehicle and handed him over to the medics. Afterward, we drove back and contacted a mechanic to remove the car. We were finally able to continue with our roadblock and had pulled over quite a lot of people due to the highway being one of the busiest on San Andreas. Further investigation regarding the crash is to be made shortly.

Patrol details: Pulled over a car that had smoke coming out of it. License and registration matched the name on the ID. Called a mechanic to tow the vehicle to the nearby mechanic shop then talked with the suspect driving it. Instructed the person to never drive a car in that kind of shape again, as it is unsafe for both him and the citizens. Due to his cooperation, he has been given a warning for now.
