Describe SAM in your own words: (Not less than 30 words)
Basically SAM is in charge of the health and welfare of the citizens of San Andreas. They take care of the health in every aspect thanks to their hospitals throughout the cities of San Andreas and their different divisions which can respond to any medical emergency.

1. How would you respond to criticism by a superior? I would take them in a good way, because if a superior is criticizing me it is because he saw a mistake in me and wants to help me to be better and improve my abilities


2. Why exactly are you applying today? As I mentioned before I played as a paramedic over a year ago, I applied quite a while ago on a SAM occasion but was denied, almost always when I have my free time I play as a paramedic since many of my safp friends are members of SAM and so I decided to apply today to spend time with them and play the role as SAM, as it has great variety and a lot of fun gameplay and an important role in saes


3. What are your strengths and weaknesses? I feel that I have a lot of skills when it comes to roleplaying, I drive quite well in land and air vehicles. One of my problems is that I don't speak English perfectly but I can understand it perfectly.


4. Why should we accept you to our team? Because I feel that I can bring many good things to you, I am a person who never disrespects and I am always a guy with good manners when talking and dealing with my colleagues and other people, I like to teach what I know and learn a lot.

Description: The unit was patrolling around the neighborhoods of Los Santos, from one moment to the next on the radio you hear the dispatcher asking for units to respond to a traffic accident on a bridge too close to our location, my partner took the radio and responded that we were on our way, when we arrived at the site we were told that it was a police officer who had lost control of the vehicle and had hit the barriers of the bridge, Thanks to the barriers the car did not jump and fell in the neighborhood under the bridge if not the results would have been fatal, immediately I get down to look at the situation my partner prepares the stretcher to get him on the ambulance, I quickly realize that the subject had shot out of the vehicle because it had not put the synturond and security, the first thing I did was to make sure that his neck or spine were not damaged, The subject was still conscious so I was able to ask him what condition he was in visually, he had a completely fractured tibia and fibula, he said that he did not feel his leg and had a lot of pain in his chest and difficulty breathing, the first thing that came to my mind was a broken rib and so this broken rib had perforated his lung, This was a very complex situation so my partner helped me to stabilize the officer in that same place to get him on the table without hurting him, we put a neck brace so that if he had fractures in his neck would not cause a loss of mobility of his body, we entered the table and quickly went to the nearest hospital, we managed to control and stabilize it in the ambulance so we moved until the surgery room for the surgeons to take care of it

Description: We received a call that a guy was on the edge of the groove street bridge, I quickly responded to this call when I arrived in the area was a local pizzeria worker who said he was tired of his life from his job and had no choice but to die, the guy did not let me talk to him and jumped to the void quickly take my ambulance and go to the main road where he had fallen, upon reaching the site we closed the road and carefully climb to the subject on the stretcher, it was a very difficult job because the subject was not stopping voting blood and had too many bones loose and hanging like his hands and feet, the subject was totally unconscious and with a pulse too low, I turned on my sirens and went as fast as possible to the hospital, I delivered the subject to the emergency room and the doctors took care of him, his health is too bad and when he was operated he had a heart attack which the doctors managed to stabilize and make this subject recover

Description: there was a shooting at the airport between bandits and tactical forces of the federal police, after this the officer said that I needed urgent medical assistance so I went there as quickly as possible, when I arrived at the scene the police officer had shot the criminal and left him on the ground, I proceeded to check the wound and stabilize him a little after that I put him in the ambulance and the police officer escorted me to the hospital in Los Santos, the criminal was cured and the bullet was removed from his body and he was captured by the federal police

Description: A local pizza restaurant called the hospital for an ambulance because one of their customers was in bad shape, I went to this call immediately upon arrival there the customer was conscious so he can talk to him, he told me he had eaten a family pizza and felt that the pizza was in bad shape, When I finished saying these words the subject lost consciousness so I quickly put him on the stretcher to get him into the ambulance. When they got to the nearest hospital they realized that it was food poisoning and they had to pump his stomach.

Description: Today on the radio there was an urgent call for a construction job in which apparently a worker had fallen from a second floor, I immediately went to the scene and found a guy lying on the ground and his partner who had called the ambulance, The colleague was too scared because his friend seemed dead, when I took his vital signs were very low so I took the stretcher and put a neck brace to protect his spine and took him to the ambulance and quickly took him to the hospital of the fortunes because he needed surgery

Description: We heard a loud explosion in the city of Las Venturas, we quickly heard a call on the radio which asked all units to respond to the gas station of Las Venturas Serca to the yellow dragon, we arrived at the zone 3 ambulances and a fire engine, the firefighters controlled the city and extinguished the fire, We noticed that there was someone next to a car, the units and paramedics approached the place but unfortunately the subject was dead, there were several wounded who resisted medical attention, and 2 people were transferred to the hospitals of the venturas.

Description: I was having a cup of coffee outside the Saints' Hospital, when suddenly a vehicle braked sharply and then a loud banging sound was heard, I immediately left my coffee, took my ambulette and when I left the hospital I noticed that there were tire marks on the floor, i approached the side of the road and saw a car crashed downstairs and could tell it was a member of the sam staff because of his uniform, on arriving at the scene the subject was conscious and told me that his vehicle had run out of brakes, i immediately immobilised him and put him on the stretcher to take him to the hospital in an ambulance

Description: after a long day of patrolling my partner and i decided to have a coffee in the office, after drinking the coffee my partner drops a glass which makes a cut he feels a lot of pain so i take him to the room to see what happens, there i find that a piece of glass was embedded in one arm so i take it out and cover the wound with some bandages
