He is affiliated with a crime syndicate and also has been charged with possession of illegal firearms and driving under the influence. Today I managed to track him down and pull him over, luckily he did so and didn't act crazy. I instantly told him that we have a warrant for his arrest and everything he says will be used against him in court.I put him in hand-cuffs and took him into my car and we drove to the LSPD. There I walked him into his jail cell where he will be waiting for court for at least 1 week. Everything was quite quiet but suddenly a sportscar passed by at 180 KM/H. I put the lights on and Swagger reported in on the radio. We had a good pursuit of about 2 minutes until the suspect finally decided to stop.Swagger slowly approached the car but the suspect seemed calm as he claimed that he wasn't aware that we're chasing him and he didn't check the rear mirror. After some talking and ID checking, everything came back good but one thing caught Swaggers' eye. There were two Glock-18s on the suspect's passenger seat. He asked if he had the gun license and documentation for it but the suspect claimed that they were at home and he didn't have them on them so Swagger decided to confiscate the weapons and later drop off them at the LSPD where the suspect can take them back after providing valid proof.We let him go with a ticket for speeding and avoiding the police and kept patrolling. We went towards the LV Highway where we noticed another Sergeant of ours blocking the road as he spotted a blown-up car on the road.We instantly made barriers and closed 1 lane so we could investigate the situation and eventually move the car. To our surprise, the license plate was still attached and we could read off of it. It belonged to Spetsnazz who is a well-known criminal who is currently on the run.
