Explain the concept of "Role play", what do you think that means for a police officer in-game : Role-Play is an simulation of the real life, we should do like in real life. To a police, he should run all the orders like in Real life.

PART II - Rules for Patrol [X = PICK A LAW FROM THE 10 LAWS]

With your own words, Explain law x :Whenever you start to chase a wanted person, offer RP first before you attempt to arrest (Allways try to talk with the civilian, try to make him surrender, make him understand thet is not making a good job, Then we can arrest him)
With your own words, Explain law x :Give the suspects reaction time of at least 10 seconds (Leave 10 seconds to the wanted civilian decide what he wants to do, try to make him cooperate)
With your own words, Explain law x :Learn to follow - before you start to lead ( We allways need to have respect for all ranks! It doesn't matter if it is low or high rank, we must always have respect. We must allways follow the highter ranks asks as a low rank cadet)
With your own words, Explain law x :Don't attempt to arrest players that got a wanted level of 0, 1, 2 or 3 (Leave an oppurtunity to this civilians with low star, Ignoring them. In case they are disturbing some operation / persecution or even using force against us, we must react there)
