hr was alot more fun than sr, many people (me included) was on the time when hr was replaced with sr, absolutly no one liked the change.


-hr was the circle alot bigger = more fun for both sides, cops & crimes
-no shitty tinny roof, crimes dont need to camp at 6x4m & cops dont need to go the same retarded roof up for arrests
-bonus: hr could take places like golfclub, casinos, sperm banks & other business locations (but with big circles like earlyer instead tinny roofs)
-bonus2: can remoove all sr stores = less sources wasted


as i remember sr was made because the rp part of "robbering" a shop, whilest we players dont give a shit to this rp of aiming the shopowner & wants just nice cop vs criminal with reward, the rp part of aiming shopowner is gone anways with the automatic sr update

HRs were always on the floor in a big circle, no climbing. It was a way different kind of pushing for cops and defending for criminals, it felt more intense to me. It wasn't just rushing to climb up on a roof, plus I preferred the locations much more.
So many people used to come to them that sometimes not even everyone would fit in the circle, it really showed how many people found it more intense.

In reality the current SR is just a modified version of the old HR everything is the same apart from the locations you need to "Rob"

what do you think if all of the store structures gets removed, however the locations stays the same + the addition of the old locations from the HR system?
ofcourse with some minor location changes, but you get the idea

Yeah like in lv stores we make a marker in the middle of nothing and call it a house rob, idk but the concept of having a robbery in the mid air is a bit non sense i maybe support the changement of the current sr structure to something more fair and bigger than having such system back

Bringing HR's back would really be so much better,I don't think I was active around the time storerobberies were implemented into the server,but they are less immersive than houserobs,and really don't have that much potential. Houserobs were huge,and you had more freedom of movement than storerobs. Most of the playerbase agrees that HR's were better,storerobs are very repetitive and you can usually AFK in them and not have a problem.


HR's could be implemented anywhere,since its just a large circle,and doesn't require any mapping to be placed. I know a while back there was a suggestion regarding placing SR's on the sea but I feel like that would be a better idea for HR's.

Storerobs are very small and compact,the mapping of the stores are all the same and its extremely dull,and people see it nowadays as a way to easily farm money.

The interior of the SR mapping is a bit awkward too,cops can just run-in and defend,and its risky for any criminal to go inside since they can just get hit by a baton and get arrested so easily.


In HR's if you afk'd you had a high chance of being arrested,everyone had to watch their backs and their friends backs if they didn't want to be arrested. The server is a cop vs criminal server,but some of the activities we all know and love have been nerfed or dumbed down severely.


The SR is just another Cop VS Crim activity,but it isn't a very good substitute for replacing HR's. I think we can agree on that,based on the votings in this poll,and many other polls regarding this topic.

Speaking here as the player I am & not the clan member, I voted no mostly because I don't think most of people realize what it involves in a normal gameplay purely outside any theoric aspects. Think a 2 weeks test phase like kill-arrest (a legit testing phase, not shoving it down people throat :( ) could be more interesting so the newer folks get to make themselves a concrete idea on whether the thing is an improvement or a stepback.

The "Old" System ( HR ) used to have some variation on location, and I am sure most people here wish to accomplish that. The current SR focusses more on the Roleplay element ( hence why we play on a RolePlayGaming server ). I think removing all current stores wont solve the issue for most gents. A combination of the 2, as @Bone sorta suggested might be the best solution to this.


As a HR had a larger marker, there might be a reason why it got changed. I believe having 40% Stores & 60% variation could be a nice mix.


Maybe introducing a couple of new Robs to the mix could help aswell ( BusinessRobs, inside an interior for example or somethin ), but thats something that can be discussed later on.


Would I return to the old HR System, or stick with the current one? They both have thier nice features, combined they might work the best.

also i agree on groove, most people here probably dont know what hr is, lets just give 2 weeks test phase & look how people like or not.


but what hr will bring:
-little bit harder for criminals (what some may not like)
-ground area + little roofs for more open space fights with more skills & fun
-more different locations


what sr brings:
-camping in same tinny 4x6m roof
-cops harder to reach roof/arrests
-dumb sniping between cops outside sr & crimes sticked inside sr roof
-in my eyes absolutly no skills for both sides, either its para + rambo for cop/sniping & crimes just camping on roof/some are just afk there


in my eyes is sr just dumb way for a cops vs crime activity, hr have more fun & challange to offer


@NotNico hr is already kinda a mix of sr & hr, i sended just few screens i found from earlyer, but you can see on most it have ground + little roof, like the store near gas station ls ground + roof, the richman houseroof + garden area, the golfplace roof + ground, ls striptea clubroof + ground, sf north business roof + parking lot ground, hr had always some store/rich house or anything that is related to money. we have alot business areas in sa where the circle can be attached to, but most of circle should be on ground. like groove said, lets do test phase for 2 weeks how all people think about it, but from experienced both, i can only say that logically is hr better, more challange/more fun.


but any way, i cant see any reason why sr should be more "rp" than hr, sr is some shitty liquid store that in RL would not have 40k worth of items, but business/golf place/richman house with yacht in pool should have alot more worthy stuff to steal than any iquid store, but i think the "rp" in both robs isnt important for most people anyways, we going there to have nice cops vs crimes fight, and not for /wash /sur

SRs founding idea was cool. During HRs we were robbing nothing, we were just standing inside a marker and it was weak RP wise. I think thats why SR replaced HR.


What is problematic about SR is only about its mapping. Once a criminal climbed to roof, he feels safe and dont give a damn about cops. The case is same about cops, once cop got inside to store he just waits SR to end to get some arrest.


Current mapping do not force two sides to fight. SR doesnt have to go. But the building itself must be changed to something that will encourage/force both sides to fight.
