You distort your own words, you are asking for stuff that should only be added to official groups. unless your idea become a public spawn, this is pointless.
And if you wish so much to do refuels spawn as trucker and hads on work.
I won't reapply to this topic anymore since my vision is clear.

First of all, I'm not expecting anything, I'd just like to see if the community actually supports that.
Second of all, how is it useless? Yeah, as you're going to say something like "yOu cAn alReAdY fIll rEfineries wItH thE pUbLic spAwN", well, the perfect example is the Fuel Trucker. There is a Fuel Trucker spawn, yet there's ALT. (nothing against you guys, just giving an example lul)

this is simple,you want that group,create it and make it worth, if you improve your group then you have my support, but this? this is just bullshit, you want somethign that take months and months to others build which is a official group.
For me it's a Big Ass NO.
I would like to hear the other groups leaders,because giving the leadership to you or anybody that didn't lead it since the 0 would be completly unfair to the other groups.

I am not even going to argue this is completly useless,also if you want that group create it and work for it,don't expect them to give you evrything...

That is how most roleplay games out there work, they have local chat both in bubble and chat window.
As for 20 people talking in local chat, the difference is that you can look over their head and simply read the message. If there are no bubbles you have to read the normal chat window. Now those 20 people are all talking in that chat window, but you are also getting party messages, PM's, CC chat, global, team chat, radio and more, all in that tiny chat box in the corner. Realisitcally, bubbles are easier to keep track of.

As for screenshots, pretty sure that /showchat could be made to hide the bubbles too.

well as the others said above if you are going to do it at least make a command to disable it, there is no reason to complain about if this cmmand gets implemented.

Also how can this be usefull if you are keeping the LocalChat? I can't see that...
imagine that you want to take a few screens while you are RPing but you don't want to hide the HUD, in order to post it as it is or you will just cut the screens later.

Why you think you would be suitable for the role: Firstly i would like to say that i am person with alot of free time and the major part of the time is spent on the server and when i am not on server i am always able to help people at the discord server also i am a player that is not part of many groups(only DE and SAPA) which means that i have more tme to spend helping people as SAHA.
I am a person that is aware of his duties, i am completly aware that if at some point i join SAHA it means that my priorities got to change,SAHA got to be one of my major priorities on server.
I am a friendly person, to be part of such group where you have to communicate and contact with a lot of people it is important that you show that you are pleased in help.
I am a responsible and serious person which i think that it's important to this job, you are moving with other person's money and proprieties, a single mistake can cause a big discussion and further consequencies so having such qualities is truly important.
I have been folowing the work of some SAHA menbers this means that i am already aware of some SAHA procedures,rules and ways to work.

Well to some people stats don't worth anything and is just a number but for me in a certain way it can show how poeple is working in something hardly.
I would like to announce that I reached the 500 vehicles extinguished,that, in my point of view is a remarkable nunber.
