  7. All the lies on here lol....................................
  8. Why would you do this xD
  9. @Mega9 I agree. Something is better than nothing! This would solve most of the issue! I'm going to quote your suggestion on the main post.
  10. @Mega9 Very nice! Hopefully you would put a nice radius on it. Question: how would this work if the driver went inside an interior?
  11. Honestly this just shows how dumb some of yall are.. you literally complain about something the suggestion already covered. SMH This could work but I doubt anyone cares enough to do anything
  12. @DyamDouglas Nice I like your solution a lot. I think it covers every concern regarding this.
  13. ^[] Involved SAI members: Jemain_West (@Jemmyx46) , Adrian_Shepard (@Shadro ), Thomas_Reed (@bas260) Divisions involved:(ND/HSPD/RSD/CID) N/A Other involved people: N/A Date, time and duration of activity: 00:00 - 01:30 hrs. Duration of activity: Approx. 1 hour 30 minutes. Activity type: <RP Patrol or General Activity (Roadblocks/Checkpoints)> Patrol and speed check zone Activity Details: In an effort to keep the highways safe, we started our patrol all over the highways. We spread out and and responded to each other when needed. Over some time, we noticed that the hot spot for speeding was actually the LV-LS highway so we decided to set up a speed check zone in order to decrease accidents and fatalities caused by excessive speed. The goal of the speed check zone was simply to cause vehicles to slow down on the highway by placing strategic obstacles on the highway while still maintaining a great level of safety. The speed check zone was a success, as we quickly saw the decrease in speeding vehicles along the highway. Screenshots: (Spoilers and album link please) ::: Screen Shots :::
  14. @Albie Yes, all your points are correct. Including the group / gang one. Maybe the solution would be to allow /engine to be used on group and gang / squad vehicles
  15. @Darude This would be for every vehicle. So firefighters included.
  16. Sounds like a great idea. Could also make it to where the owner or appropriate gang / squad / group member has to be around for this to take affect. This way it won't be abused like, ElRastaMan said..
  17. @ElRastaMan17 I agree with you. We must find a different solution.
  18. Hello, I'd like to make a suggestion today in regards to vehicle respawns. Lately, I've been trying to RP more and almost every time, we are interrupted by car respawns. Sometimes, we don't notice it and our vehicle de-spawns leaving us stranded.. or if we're pulling a vehicle over as a cop and the driver stays in while the passenger cop RPs with the criminals then 8/10 we either have to stop for the respawn and let the criminal get in his vehicle or now our RP is broken because we have to give this dirty guy a ride to a disk or an arrest when that wasn't our intention to begin with. Anyway.. this was just a quick rant. The suggestion is: Being able to mark a car as immune to automatic respawns. Be it by click RALT and selecting "No respawn" Or it detecting a player(s) near to it and it marking itself as immune to a respawn as long as it has been recently used and it is not unoperational. My opinion on the best way to implement this so far: @Mega9 wrote: To prevent overhead of new commands/new functions people have to learn to use, I'd like to propose a simpler solution, like initially mentioned by @SAFP-Stoner said in [SUGGESTION] Mark Vehicles Immune to Respawn: Or it detecting a player(s) near to it and it marking itself as immune to a respawn as long as it has been recently used and it is not unoperational. If the last driver of said vehicle is in the vicinity, don't respawn it. Simpler and more conistent, also automatic. If your next question is: "What if someone took my private vehicle?" Answer would be: lock it. This would be the best middle-ground solution and includes GSC, public and private vehicles. If enough people agree, this can be done rather quick.
  19. No one cared enough to vote. Admins need more votes to consider this idea
  20. @Mannan Actually we had an HQ in discord say that this was pretty pointless and would stress the bandwidth I guess so yeah Ive given up hope for it.
  21. @Mannan Why last bump? xd We need to get people to look at this more!
  22. Has SAES looked at their core mods ? I accidently went into a log in my MTA file and saw a lot of error codes and failure codes. Maybe this may be causing extra strain on the server?
