We've reviewed your application and came to a point that you'll have to re-write it almost completely.
First of all, if you're asked to explain something briefly or do it in few lines, please bother to do so.
Secondly, PART III is completely wrong. We're pretty sure that you used AI to write it yet failed to explain the correct rules and described other section for some reason.
Take your time, try to edit the application properly and please do it yourself.
