You can drug yourself to make yourself run faster, that is totally right, but looking realistically at it you simply cannot drug your weapon to make it shoot faster nor you can drug your engine to make your vehicle faster. I'd say the speed either gets nerfed to the point where it just makes you run faster, or it basically gets removed.

Do you personally drop below 60 fps? My setup has a GTX 1060 and an I7 8750h and somehow I still drop below the needed 60 FPS. Also why is my FPS capped at 60? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is the Gambler "job" bugged ATM? I've tried to play as a Gambler earlier today, but I didn't seem to find a way on how to start gambling at any of the casinos. Any feedback is appreciated.

I overall like your thoughts about the robbing part. This way robbing a bank will feel much more intense and you will actually NEED to cooperate with each other, use certain tactics and all of that stuff. Most important for me will be this: Where will the world bank be located, because since we live in a state which contains three main cities, there has to be a reason for the bank to be located in one of these three cities. I think it has to be located in the city, which has the strongest police units.
