Being able to run faster will help cops in BRs A LOT because crims wouldn't have the attack speed to keep them away. Cops gotta be agile they gotta "evade" the bullets while crims have to stay in one place, hence the speed will be only used by cops.

There is literally not a single reason to do so. What will happen: Criminal side: Gameplay would become shit, turfs won't be the same; Bank robberies would become even harder (I'm not saying that they should be easy) Cop side: Have Kill-arrest; instant respawn; HLS and DE and the recent removal of the medic/cluck at bank robberies. Now tell me is it even remotely logical to remove the only thing helping criminals against all the benefits of the cop side. If speed is removed it would impact the whole scene from shooting to the economy. Where would people spend their money? The inflation will come inevitably people's money would be impaired. I think @Paradox said it best. Why don't u make better suggestions that will increase members' activity and many more instead of raping sides? Better add something new instead of removing the old stuff. Yes, it is harder, but isn't it better to go the extra mile for better results? Newton said it a long time ago "to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction" when you propose such radical changes to the gameplay you better suggest a nerf to the cop side too. I don't think it's productive to only nerf one side of the server and buff the other with such huge changes. It's the same thing with kill-arrest. I suggest maybe have 1 week without speed and 1 without kill-arrest or maybe 1 week without them both. We can't say what's going to happen if the change is made we can only speculate. So the best thing that could be done is to make a test period (as long as most people are willing to try) and see where it goes from there. Edit: Maybe speed cooldown should be added so people have to think before they buy speed (1-2mins) but fully removing it is a bad decision because it may bring many unwanted consequences. The idea is to take baby steps along the way until we can finally make the big jump.

Sounds good but one huge drawback it has is that the prices of people's custom vehicles would drastically drop. If I've paid 10m for a custom f1 car I wouldn't want it to drop half in price. That's why I'll give it a no.

Participants: SweetGSF @Cookie Story by: SweetGSF ^[Preparation (2/4)] I didn't know how things would go so the hacker and I started discussing. We had to create a plan and a course of action. He told me that the easiest thing is bypassing the security system and that I shouldn't worry about it. After breaching the system he could easily extract all the information and put it on a hard disk and then delete all the data from his computer for safety purposes. It all sounded too easy until he told me where the catch was. I had to put a special device in the computer that would allow him to enter the system and hack it afterward. He told me that I had to find such a device and get back to him because he had to get it's MAC address so he could connect to it. Then I'll go and plant it on the main server. That was the plan. After we finished discussing it I started looking for such a device. I had ab old friend who was a black market technician so I decided to call him up and arrange a meeting. He owns an RC shop and that's where we met. After I explained the situation he agreed to help under one condition - 30% of the earnings go to him. It seemed a lot to me but I didn't want to haggle about the percentage because he might get mad and leak our plan to the police since we weren't the best of friends but before I agreed to 30% he had to show me the device and prove that it works. He had hidden it in an old printer in his storage so if an inspection came in it would have a hard time finding such a device he turned it on and showed me that it works. Then he gave it to me and told me to call him when I got the information and started selling it so I could give him his share of the deal. Then I went back to our base to give the device to the hacker. While he was preparing it I took upon myself to get the plans of the building, because I had to know where I needed to put the device that's why I went to the city planning department which has the plans for all buildings including the plans for San Andreas Security Agency. I waited until its dark afterward, I went inside the building. It was almost empty the last employee had left and there was only the I went to our base to get the device from the hacker and prepare to get in the building. @PENSource Can this happen?

This might sound strange but why don't we have a menu where we can allow a certain individual to get in the interior with our permission. e.g I click alt gr click on the person standing in the marker(or maybe in close proximity let's say 10m) and click on "Allow access to the interior" and this will be a one-time entrance and after they get out they can't get back in unless we give them permission again. This could fix the concern about RPs while still keeping the interior private.
