To be honest, this is better because I can easily see every gang's level instead of having to wait 10 seconds for the page to load and having to scroll down. This way you see all the gangs at the same time and it's easily comprehensible. Not that the updated version isn't cool I just don't think it's practical. Maybe do it like you did before but if you want you can put a spoiler under every gang with the logo and discord link.

A person counts as inactive once 1 WHOLE month has passed since their last login. Kapone12 was last seen on the 19th of January, hence you can not request it. Try again on the 19th of February, but before that make sure the person hasn't logged in (once they log in you have to wait another month before requesting it). @San-Andreas-Housing-Agency

In order to request someone's property, they mustn't have joined the server in the past month and since kurchina21 has been last seen on the 27th of January and today is the 6th of February you can NOT request the property right now. You must wait until the 27th of February to request it (but by then the person might have come in-game and not count as inactive).

I'd suggest that this doesn't apply if you've been arrested at a bank robbery. It's is at odds with kill-arrest. Other than that I support it. Also, 50k is waaay too cheap maybe 500k for 3 times - 30 %
