Roleplay Title:  Recruitment of New Blood

Description: It was a fine 10th December evening and several UE members were ordered to prepare for a special ceremony where a new man would be invited to the organization. This UE associate aka. 215 had proved his suitability over time so certain influential UE members decided it's time to accept him officially. Some time after, the associate in question was contacted and brought to a holy site at the Camel's Toe. There, a loyalty oath was pledged by the man and he became an official UE member.

Underground Empire is an organized crime syndicate. It's like La Cosa Nostra, difference is that UE doesn't have ethnic limits (Like LCN and Russian mobs do).
Also, it has politicians who are not just associated but who are a part of it. Some of the members of UE are high society members who on the ground are known as businessmen, politicians etc...Underground everything's different.



Underground Empire was founded on June 23, 1866. (1 year and 1 day after the American Civil War). Few former Confederate soldiers who were traumatized by the war couldn't find a job. Their families were killed by Union Soldiers. 3 men - John Dixon, Edward McFarlane, and Judah Davis were former Confederate soldiers. Dixon came from war with his left hand blown off, McFarlane had PTSD and Davis was sick of living.

Nothing left to live for they decided to get rich. Their criminal activities began with corrupt politicians. Some politicians wanted someone killed then one of them would get the job done.

In 1888. they met Polish businessman who came to America to get richer than he already was. His name was Richard Kowalski. Kowalski was famous for running rackets in Poland.

1901 - Daniel Callahan found oil underground. Some bandits and outlaws wanted to steal his oil and even kill him. Callahan's wife drove to Rio Bravo (Old city) to ask for help from Underground Empire. They agreed. While protecting the oil, John Dixon got killed. In return, Callahan joined Underground Empire. Callahan was the top earner.

1907 - Edward McFarlane started a killing rampage on his enemies and went out of control (because of PTSD). He got caught by US Marshall and Sheriffs. Next day they hang him.

1909 - Judah Davis died of heart attack.

1912 - Callahan had recruited some soldiers to protect him and his business. Then he met Salvatore Petrucelli. Petrucelli was an Italian immigrant who wanted to get rich and he didn't care how.

In the 30s and 40s, most Underground Empire gangsters and associates went to war. Most went to war to escape criminal charges and they wouldn't have to go to the prison. Many didn't come back after the war.

1955 - Most of UE's businesses were in Liberty City.

1962 - Had war with local gangs. 40% of all properties were burned or destroyed. 55% of the members were killed. 10% more were in prison.

1973 - Underground Empire was attacked again.

1974 - Officially announced dead/inactive by Government.

1997 - Dino ''The Ace'' Zee, a Machiavellian type of gangster met few old Underground Empire members in prison.

2000 - Dino Zee was released from jail.

2001 - Some rumors of reviving in Liberty City.

2004 - Secret and unknown gang wipes out most of Vice City gangsters and takes over most businesses.

2013 - Announced officially alive by FBI. Allegedly revived by Dino "The Ace" Zee and Mr.Siegel aka. Hari. With the money they had taken from a loan shark - Michaell "Henkie".

RP: money goes up, shit goes down
Description: on a pleasant evening UE's soldiers were lounging about the penthouse/base, waiting for a meeting that is about to happen between some prominent members of the Empire. During the meeting the Emperor enthusiastically addressed high ranking representatives about the great profitability of UE's operations so far in the year 2023. To properly express his gratitude, the Emperor gave an order to reward the top UE earners with additional money endowments. Shortly after, another issue was brought up, there was a reasonable suspicion that a certain UE soldier was not paying adequate amounts of cash to the top, taking into account the highly lucrative racket he was running. When the meeting ended, some men were sent to reach out to the dubious soldier and, for now, give him a verbal warning about the situation he's in.

Description: after UE received a load of finest cocaine from their Cuban supplier, the vast drug distribution network of UE was then responsible for moving and selling the product to various underground partners around San Andreas. One such a gang by the name of CripZ was met by UE workers around Hilltop Farm, and CripZ would receive the high quality product they needed so much. After having a pleasant chat about the past and present, everyone scattered, and UE's money was safely brought to Caligula's vault.

Description: every now and then a new man shows himself as worthy of becoming an official member of UE. RP: bribery of a government official
Description: The wiseguys of UE were relaxing around the Caligula's palace when news came of a problem with the 4 dragons casino, some IRS agent was accusing the 4 dragons business of tax fraud and threatening to freeze up its operations. After UE members met to discuss the issue, a certain Captain was tasked with meeting one of UE's associates, a member of the Senate, to have the case squashed if possible, or obstructed in some way, in return for payment.

RP: Caligula's raid
Description: UE members were discussing daily business matters when they were roused by a commotion in the Caligula's palace, SAI and other law enforcement agents were raiding the casino after producing a warrant. The authorities were turning the Caligula's casino upside down in search of anything incriminating. In the end they seized some documents, a pistol, and arrested one UE member. To be continued...

RP: intimidating a witness
Description: UE members received information from an associate that one of UE soldiers is in a potentially dangerous situation, because a civilian is implicating him in a murder case. After assessing their options, some high ranking UE members opted for a move where the witness would be intimidated into changing his statements in court. Later on the day of the court, UE members were pleased to learn that the witness refused to identify the UE soldier in question as the perpetrator.

RP: buying arms from Organization Zero
Description: enemy gangs are always looking for a chance to take UE's possessions, to keep them at bay sometimes guns are needed. A deal was arranged with members of Organization Zero where they'd supply UE members with a batch of m4s in return for cash. Both parties met at a low profile farm in BC where the agreement was completed.
