It looks like the image you used was a pattern-style background image, in which case we can add it as a standard wrap which we charge 50% less for than custom wraps. If you submit it as a standard wrap please attach a 512x512 version of the original image. If you want it as a custom wrap please fix your imgur upload (has to be 512x512 and with solid color background) -

Try asking your designer if they can export the image correctly as they look like they were scaled from 256x256 to 512x512 and thus are wasting a lot of pixels

The images look fairly compressed (and are not the correct sizes of either 256x256 or 512x512)
