We are now officially transforming from an Incorporated Company (Inc.) to a Venture Capital (VC) which means all the projects under Lounge will now be represented as "Startups". But more than that, we will also invest our capitals in other projects outside the Lounge that have a high potential to grow and progress through the community.
All the gambling games, gang wars, races and such events are now individually projects run under the investments of the VC. This means, every project will now have its own Project Manager and the financials of each project will not directly flow to the bank of Lounge but after the calculations of its own shares inside the VC. For example, if the venture capital owns only 40% of the Gang Wars, Lounge will now only earn 40% of the total income from the event and the rest will be shared among other shareholders of the specific event.
By the help of the staff team of SAES, in upcoming weeks you will be able to find people spawned as Lounge Employees at Lounge Headquarters located in San Fierro. The spawn is mainly focused on the customer relations. A person spawned as Lounge will always be ready to serve for our customers as main priority. So, if you see someone spawned as Lounge Employee, you can directly ask him about your bet rewards, request him to collect your bets or talk about other Lounge projects.
The Headquarters will never be used for competitive events and only planned for meetings, trainings, incubation and acceleration programs of the business ideas. We are neither going to host our own events in the Valley nor planning to give it away to other people for other purposes (ie, parties, events). Be sure that, you appoint a meeting before visiting our campus, either way you will not be able to meet any of the investors there as they are busy 99% of the day and value every single minute as money.
One of our main problems until this date was that, not all players were able to join 5v5 fights under one team because they did not want to leave their gangs or squads just for one competition. So, this is no more problem.
You now can make your own clan and team up with your friends around SAES without regard to whether you are in the same gang or squad. You can even transfer some skilled people to your team, or team up with the people from your country - doesn't matter, just make the strongest team and dominate the arena.

Logos of the clans, will be made by Lounge VC (with additional payment) if doesn't exist.We are also keeping the old tradition of 5v5 fights. From now on, only Clans will be able to go up to the ranking ladder and the only event for gangs will be a one-time GangWars event hosted seasonally (will be announced later).

We are bringing it back and with an updated version. You can again become the best gambler in the business or a badass shooter that everybody wants to transfer to their teams.We will now have a Team of the Week, and Player of the Month rewards. Moreover, players making multiple kills and assists during the game will receive ingame cash rewards personally from our executives.

You should confirm your bet before the last hour of the match day. In order to confirm your bet contact one of the Bet Services in game. Click on this link and check the members of the Bet Services.
You have to bet at least $500,000. No bet limit
You are not allowed to talk with any of the teams having a match which you are betting for. Any type of scams will end up in a ban from all Lounge activities and a report to the SAES Staff.
No one except Lounge Employees can confirm your bet. Thus, do not give your money to someone outside the Lounge. Check out our official roster or visit our discord for more information.
You can't cancel your bet once it has been confirmed.
You can not change your bet details after its confirmation. However, you can make a second bet.
You have 4 days' period to take your bet price from our Lounge Employees. After 4 days your bet price will be canceled and calculated into company stocks. So, do not approach us after 4 days to pick your winnings.
Always make screenshots when you send your money. Usually it takes us 1 to 12 hours to confirm your bet on the topic. We're humans, remember that! If it may take longer feel free to contact any Lounge Employee for the status.
If a team decides not to participate in the match one day before, we will straight cancel it and the match will not be recorded. You will be fully refunded and you shouldn't expect us to declare other team as a winner and pay you the prize.
The ODDS change whenever someone bets. We will not present the odds until the match has concluded. It is your responsibility to bet smart on a team.
We will not be responsible if you end up losing money by betting a lot on a favored team. You should bet smart if you want to win big
You are a professional gambler. Do not cry for your money if you lose the bet. That is on you! Not on us.
If the team doesn't show up in time they will have to pay 10.000.000$ penalty and the results will be counted as a direct win for the opponent team.
Ping limit for participants from EU is 200, and for the rest of the world is 250. However, we are not responsible for ping changes in the middle of the match.
On the round start any team or team member that approach to the other team and come back to their base (just so their blips are staying visible for the entire round) will be directly disqualified.
Host Services have rights to change/stop the match according to the situation.
You can still bet if you are playing, but only on your team to win. The rule decreases the scam risk.
Don't even try to sell the game. Any type of scams will end up in a ban from all Lounge activities and a report to the SAES Staff.
Any kind of retarded actions or rage will end up in a disqualification and the game will be count as 3-0 lose.
The whole team has to be spawned as the same class/color. Additionally, getting use of "hitbox" advantage of the skins are not permitted.
Last round means last round, attacker will still attack and defender will still defend.
Substitutions are allowed only after each round end.
You can not transfer/invite someone in your Gang/Squad 1 week before the match. Your team has to consist of 5 players being in the same Gang/Squad. Exceptions are if registered as an official team with substitutes.
You have to make an official agreement as a Team in order to take part in Lounge Matches. If you are participating without the contract, you will not receive your winnings after the match.

Ladies and gentlemen, dear citizens of SAES and apache helicopters!
We are so excited to announce our first clan match between 2 amazing teams which will be 5 versus 5 in the main server arranged by the Host Services. The match details are as following:
Teams are formed by skilled people of SAES and we believe the match will be worth watching from the beginning till the end. Both off the teams will have a chance to prepare in the Red vs Blue arena or use Lounge's LS Stadium and train for the upcoming match day.
There is no restriction for teams to play a match between themselves for practice purpose - if they wish so. Thus, you can have a chance to watch their trainings before Friday evening!
And yeah, the ranking system is back and refreshed. Best players of the arena will listed and awarded weekly by the Lounge Employees. Click on this link and have a look at our awesome ranking ladder.
Rules are simple but long enough, let me remind you them if you have no idea or forgot about them.
The match consists of 2 sides, one is ATTACKING while the other side is DEFENDING.
At the beginning of the match the referee is dropping a coin to decide who will attack first. The attacking team has 5 minutes to clear up the defending side. If any player from the defending team is alive at the end of the 5 minute, the defending team will win the round. Defending team can camp or if they want to surprise the enemy they can attack too, they have the advantage and they can use it however they want.
At the end of the round, the teams exchange places and attackers now defend, defenders now attack. Match consists of 6 rounds and the first team to win 4 rounds wins the match. In 3-3 case, it will be a draw.

Our Mapping team is currently building awesome maps and you will be able to play there in a foreseeable future. We are trying to find best alternative to Dust2 and without a doubt it is one of the hardest jobs a mapping team could have.
